First, they should not mop the entryway during business hours as a disabled person like me might slip and fall. And if they have to mop, they need to wipe it dry. It was still wet when we left after dining. Putting out signs will not prevent falls nor absolve liability.Secondly, the meal portions are not worth the price - not even half. The roast turkey plate was $15 and the turkey and mashed potatoes looked like they were only 1 tablespoon each, not to mention the turkey was dry; the mac and cheese hardly had any cheese because it looked pale white.The server acknowledged my concerns with, 'I know" but showed no empathy nor offered any concession. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.
Your standard quality IHOP, everything the brand stands for is done well here. In my months of ordering delivery only once have they missed something in my order which says a lot about their quality and attention to detail. I have yet to dine in given Covid but I heard there is long wait times on the weekends, so I might stick to delivery.
Great food! Quick service! Almost did 4 star cuz the hostess told us to wait in our car for a table to be ready and said it would be 40m wait. Lol there was no one else in the lobby. Manager came in and saved the day. Got the table in a few minutes instead.
They didn't have what we wanted, so we had to make a second order. That order took forever when there was only 1 other table of 4. Food wasn't very good, or warm. It was like the Cook took and put the food in grease.
The Chick that answered the phone for curbside was VERY VERY RUDE! Why have a curbside if you still have to go in and get your order? Isn't that just take out? When I asked this to the Rude Lady on the phone she hung up on me! Very Very UNPROFESSIONAL & as I already stated RUDE! Will never eat here again.
Ordered delivery. IHOP didn't give me what I ordered. They also only gave me 1 syrup for French Toast and Pancakes. I know tines are hard but thats a little skimpy. Probably won't order again.
Been eating at this IHOP since it opened close to 2 decades ago now and it's been consistently mediocre overall. The best IHOP in the area is the one off Walker Rd in Beaverton hands down that's a 10 out of 5 but this Hillsboro one, the wait is long every time even if there's 3 people in the place and they mess up on our orders more than most restaurants. I've tried ordering delivery a couple times recently since there's the pandemic and all and they would leave the blueberry out of my blueberry pancakes or forget blueberry compote or butter, etc...
Stopped in at 9:45am for breakfast...Just the two of us.....Waited for over an hour to be seated... watched another section being opened up..people got seated there .....but..... never got called up....ended up leaving just after 11:15am went out for lunch elsewhere.

I decided to do a takeout order on the way home between two appointments. They immediately asked to put me on a brief hold which was fine, but that hold lasted literally 10 minutes. I was about to give up when they answered and took my order of chocolate chip pancakes and sausage links. They told me it would be 5 to 10 minutes and to come in and pay. I walked in 10 minutes after we got off the phone, and paid including a good tip. I timed it, and 20 minutes later she came up saying that my order wasn't ready yet because they didn't do the chocolate chips. I told her I didn't have time for this so she put the chocolate chips on the side. I thought I was choosing something quick and easy, but I was met with incorrect pancakes and cold sausage after 30 minutes.
