This is our first time at this location and it did not disappoint. I have to give a special shout out to Leah. She definitely was the star. She gave us great customer service and was a super sweetheart. We look forward to coming to this location more often and we hope to get Leah. But the other staff seem to be just as friendly so I don't think we can go wrong. The food was excellent. We had the bacon and eggs and hash browns and my husband had the omelette with the ham and Tillamook cheese and a stuffed hash brown and it was awesome. Everything was hot and fresh. Wish I took pictures but we were hungry.X-posted
We go here a few times a year. It's one of our rotating breakfast spots the wife and I like to go. They have a pretty large variety to their menu, although I almost always get the eggs Benedict and hash browns, her the scramble. Today we brought our son he had the Mr. Elmer omelette. Have to say this visit was not as enjoyable as it usually is. The waitress was good, but my eggs Benedict wasn't great. And the hash browns (which I always order extra crispy) were nearly raw and unseasoned. Quite unpleasant even after trying to doctor them up with salt and pepper, ketchup and green tobacco. Also... country style potatoes are not hash browns. My wife and son said theirs was good. Hopefully next time I will get to enjoy mine as well, as I'm sure we will be returning.
Never going back here ever again. I didn’t realize the side salad was an extra dollar and they did not do anything to help me. The waitress could have warned me there was an upcharge, but didn’t. The manager just told me, “Well it was written on the menu.” I told her I was never coming back again and she was like, “Over a dollar?” I was like, “Yeah.” At Red Robin, they give you endless salad for free.
Had a Ruben sandwich and french dip.I had a great service but the sandwich was lacking flavor and soggy.I will say it had plenty of meat, also the French Fry's were probably on standby already cooked and thrown back into the oil to reheat for my plate resulting in mediocre edible spud sticks .I don't want to be over critical but I was not surprised or disappointed with the lunch.Bar was closed for mechanical issues? and no cocktail but the table still was advertising drinks. For fifty bucks I can make a couple badass Rubens or Filly's at home and have a better lunch but I will say the waitress was very good. The side salad was in nice cold bowels.
Food was good but when we were leaving, two large dogs entered the dinining area of the restaurant with one of the large wagging tails brushing along the tops of the tables. Talked to one employee about it but she didn't care. Not returning.
The whole time we were there we had to try and talk over the loud Spanish music playing in the kitchen.. And the waitresses laughing very loudly and speaking very loudly at each other in Spanish. It was extremely hard to carry a conversation over all of that. It was very disappointing. The food was very good but the service was terrible.
Consistently great food and service. Such nice people and the kitchen staff is a wonderful crew that goes out of their way for the picky customers making special requests. (Like me.) thank you all✨
this place has the best customer service. we go there on saturday or sunday mornings (when its busy) and they never fail to make our experience great! my children prefer this over IHOP or Denny's because their kid menu is awesome and they always have great things for the children to color or like last time we got Spider-Man face masks which totally made my children's day!!
I've found Elmer's to usually be a cut above the average casual dining restaurant, so I readily agreed when my partner suggested we go there for Thanksgiving dinner. We were seated promptly in a corner booth. Their TG dinners were either turkey, or ham and turkey combo, with all the fixings (mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, vegetables, Texas toast and pumpkin pie). Our waitress was Violet and she was attentive and quick. The portions were huge and even with a good appetite I could only finish about half my meal. We got the rest to go, along with our pumpkins pies. Violet even brought an extra side of cranberry sauce. A nice way to spend the evening.
Omelet was cooked perfectly.. our wait staff was extremely friendly. Took a while to get our food..but we had a large order and it was pretty busy in there. I have no complaints.
