Always friendly staff but sometimes long lines. The lines do move quickly though because they start taking the orders and payments before you get to the window. I'm convinced the best cold coffee drink is the blended carmelizer. The hot carmelizer is sweet and soothing on cold days. And of course they have a wide variety of coffee and energy drinks. They also have a walk-up window but I've never used it.
Friendly staff only bad thing is that there is always a big line.
