This place is my favorite place to go when I need a good meal they are awesome at this place especially Jon. I give them five stars not only because the food is really good but because I can call up and they know exactly what I want and then when I pick up my food sometimes there's something extra in there like cookies or extra crab puffs this place is the best Chinese food I've ever had.❤️
We used to be regular customers of Dancing Dragon.During the summer, we ordered food from this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week. We always ordered a number 2 or number 4 combination meal. A couple of times we ordered the "Family meals." I called last week & said clearly "I would like to place an order to be picked up (as I always say) I would like one #2 & one #4. We picked up our order & discovered they gave us a #1 & a #4. I called & the man who is usually there, the same one who acts upset when we pay by card & always wants to give us cheap packets of hot mustard instead of regular hot mustard, kept insisting on giving us a credit & told me "the #1 is similar to the #2." He also kept insisting that I ordered a #1. I explained that I would never order a #1 because I don't care for one of the dishes in that combo. I told him I didn't want a credit & that I wanted the food I ordered, & "close to" what I ordered isn't what I ordered...he refused to let me pick up what I ordered & kept saying he'd give me a credit. He hung up on me & when I called back & he hung up on me again. They have lost faithful, long term, regular customers, who have gone there for years because they didn't want to replace an incorrect order with what we actually ordered! He said his name was "Kit" & gave me the owners name (if he was being honest, he was acting very rude) but I'm not even going to bother to call because they made it obvious that they don't care about decent customer service. I just know NEVER to give them business again!!!
Went in found a seat no reception. Waitress came and found us...one open room. So she was in there when we waited around initially. Says she wants us to sit at the front door. Turned to go clean the table with no discussion. It's covid, nothing but Asians, packed at the front door. Not my idea of staying cautious. Advised...don't wanna sit there. She got a terrible attitude, rolling eyes and all. Picked up our things and left. Menu looks terrible. Prices too high anyway. Food smelly throughout restaurant...not a good one. Smelled dirty and in need of a serious remodel, upheaval job. Go anywhere else.
Food was great, just took along time after we ordered to get all the food but it was great
Food was good service was a bit slow but it was Christmas Day and the place was very busy but they were friendly. As far as I can tell the place only accepts cash, not sure it that's a night thing or not but be prepared.
As per usual great experience the guy know our order from appetizer to meal and drink great service love going here.
We absolutely love this place! The food is so good especially the bbq pork! The whole staff is on point and know there menu so well!
Food was decent. Steamed rice was over cooked and most of our meal order was incorrect. The sesime chicken didn't have sesime sauce it was just breaded chicken. And we got two orders of egg friend rice instead of two orders of steamed rice. And we paid for the mistaken friend rice.
I was looking for a place similar to my favorite Chinese restaurant growing up and this place didn't disappoint! I got the vegetable egg foo yung and it was exactly what I was looking for, if not better. The serving was huge and I couldn't even finish half of my meal. I also felt like the prices were very fair. The server was very friendly, and when I was done, he offered to box up my food for me. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to come back!
