Buy the cookie cutter and just eat a piece at a time or you'll be overloaded in sweet. The cookies are always fresh. Theu deliver, curbside pick up, instore pick up or walk-ins. I love that there are new flavours each week. They only get a 4 because they took out the pink cookie and have chocolate chip all the time
Super disappointing. First this isn’t our order, so not off to a great start. The cookies arrived as pictured below, but we understand that’s out of their control. Tried to leave a review through the app, wouldn’t let me. Tried to call, the line hung up. Really wish I could have got what I ordered. Dang you Crumbl (dramatically raising angry fist in the air).
Ordered a box of 4 cookies and 2 were delivered without frosting. No way to contact the store because they don’t pick their calls. At over $4 per cookie plus delivery fee I was very dissatisfied with the service. That been said I enjoyed one of the other cookie in my selection

Kylie, from the night crew, really showed great customer service. It was my first time being there and she recommended such delicious options!! Such a great salesmen I left with two boxes, found my favorite cookie flavors, and they were beautifully made. I will be back if she makes my cookies again!! 11/10! ??
Pre orderd cookies for pick up, and when they were picked up they didn't have one of the flavors of cookies I orderd. What is the point of pre ordering it they aren't going to have the one's you order. When things are pre ordered they should be set aside ??. The ones I did get were good.

They are priced perfect because they are large cookies. 3.75 each cookie if you get the 4 pack. They are always fresh too. Worth it
A friend turned me onto these Amazing cookies. I am hooked to say the least. They are good-sized cookies very rich in flavor and decadence. I love that the flavors change weekly.
The customer service here is not so friendly and slow, I was the only customer and I waited 6 mins till somebody took my order. But the cookies were super good, we enjoy it with my family and friends.
