I absolutely love to send my loved ones cookies, they love getting them!!!
BEWARE-BEWARE My first visit and ordered a milk chocolate chip and the server took it out of a cabinet. It was thick but after I took a couple of bites the inside was so hard and my gums started bleeding and had blood coming out of my mouth. The Crumbl on line told me that only the outside should be crispy and the center should be soft. It must be overcooked or not made correctly. For $4.25 a cookie this was a scam as the help had to know these cookies were old and should be thrown out. There cookies are not warm,over priced, and not worth the money. My inside of mouth hurt me at night trying to go to sleep. SAVE YOUR MONEY
OMG! THE COOKIES ARE SO GOOD! I ORDER WAY MORE THEN I SHOULD, LOL. BUT SERIOUSLY, YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THESE COOKIES. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY IS I WISH ALL THE FLAVORS WERE AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME..

I arrived a little bit early and they still were very gracious and had everything prepared as quickly as possible.
This was my 1st time having Crumbl and I was pretty disappointed in how crunchy it was. I've heard so many people talk about the soft cookie but I feel like these were probably sitting out all day since I got them at night. Disappointed in price for what seems like old cookies.
Did a curbside pick up order today and opened the box to see a large black curly hair right on top of my cookie. Not sure how this was missed when boxing up my cookies... I get mistakes happen but it's pretty gross that the employees don't wear hair nets while baking/preparing the cookies.When I told the employee about the hair, she didn't seem to care or think it was a big deal, almost like it happens all the time. Yuck.
