I took my son for his birthday. Line moved pretty quickly. Great new flavors. Peanut butter & lucky charms.
The treats were delicious and the place seemed well staffed. The only issue was that the dining area hadn't been cleaned so all of the tables were a bit dirty
I wish that I could say that I was able to try their yummy sounding ice cream, but unfortunately me and another gentleman tried to enter at 9:40pm, but to our surprise the doors were locked with a sign on the door saying we close everyday at 10pm, so that is why my friend you got a 1 star review.
We ordered a cake 6 days ago but was told by doordash driver at the last minute the cake was unavailable. It's my son's major birthday and a cake he favored was unavailable.Since it's already half-hour delay, we had pretty much no choice but switched to other flavors.
Great ice cream, very creamy and tasty!! Favorite place to get ice cream. Staff is generally very nice, sometimes they underfill the container. Store could use a good cleaning. But the place is yummy for the tummy!
I was sadden with my visit to this store. I have many time visited different stores and ordered an everybody with four different flavors. I was told when I started my order that they only could do 2 flavors. This was deeply disappointing and so I left without getting anything.
I ordered a 3 gotta have it'sand for whatever reason they gave me a like it but then put it in the larger one like I wouldn't notice? When did cold stone start ripping people off on icecream. I even tipped 20% because sadly I didn't notice until I got home.
Over $14 for two is a bit much to try to enjoy a moment with your child is far in between. Yes, is nice to add fresh fruit and etc per order but it also melts faster too.
