Closed a full 20 minutes before their actual closing time. Employees looked like a bunch of high school kids; just sitting ON the counters and doing nothing.
Walked into creamer with 4 employees. They all ran into the back when we came in. After 5 minutes one comes out and starts cleaning and then asked to take order from my wife. No one else came out and dis not ask for mine. More people entered store but still only one employee. Will never go back to this location
Always loved Cold stone but won't be going back, especially to this location. TV hwy location the guy working there is flat out rude. We were the only people there, he never even acknowledged our hello which I said twice, rude. He was bothered to even have to serve us. His hair was all over the place in his eyes & probably in the ice cream, should wear a hair net especially if you have subpar hygiene. I tipped zero for the first time & told him I would have gladly tipped him had he had an ounce of friendliness or even acknowledged us.
Gotta Have It? Ordered the cream to go through an app and I get this. Paid the amount for Gotta Have It when it's not a Gotta Have It ice cream. 3 of our 4 were like that. Only 1 was full like it should be. Rip off yet again. Not worth the price anymore since they love to charge over priced for smaller amount than you are suppose to be getting. I think the worst part is we ordered 2 Peanut Butter Cup Perfection they had not 1 Peanut Butter Cup in either of them. Missing ingredients too.
I went there twice and she got my order wrong and it was from the same person that took my order not going there anymore
Good ice cream, good service, what else can you ask for? I love ice cream and coldstone is consistently good every where we’ve visited from NY to San Diego and this location was not the exception. We had a bogo coupon they accepted and gave us more than enough ice cream in each container, they were both nice and every thing was clean plus they wore their masks. Thank you coldstone!
