The atmosphere here is laid back and casual but the food is exquisite. This is definitely my new go to place. The flavors are bold and everything they put together pair perfectly. I love how there is actual taro in the yellow curry. The balance of the ingredients they use is just perfect. I was immediately sold on the bubble tea the moment I tasted it. Customer service is outstanding! Come celebrate their one year anniversary with them! You will not regret it!
Food was amazing and delicious! Do visit the restaurant if you want to try freshly made food. Good service. Highly recommend! Had a talk with chef and he was very polite and humble person.We ordered: Cream cheese rangoon, banh mi, udon noodles with shrimp, chicken lemongrass chilli and Mango smoothies.

Sweet greetings when I walk in the door, excellent menu options. I had Chicken Pad Thai and it was delicious. Came out piping hot, peanuts were fresh, veggies were perfectly cooked. Perfect lunch today! Thank you for your kindness and wonderful meal!
WOW! This place is phenomenal!! What a friendly caring staff that goes above and beyond making sure you’re enjoying your food. They are very proud of the fresh food they serve and it shows in every bite! Highly Recommend! We had the spring rolls, wonton soup (a must) and mushroom chicken. Cooks vegetables how you wish you could! Check this out!!!!

Waitress was awesome! Had the Tofu Pad Thai with an avocado smoothie and they were awesome as well! Would definitely eat here again! My mom had something else and it was amazing!
I have wanted to try Chopstix Grill since we moved to this area a few months ago and was not disappointed. I had lemongrass tofu, my son had the orange chicken, which looked so good it even made vegetarian me want to try it. The food was well prepared and flavorful. Even their drinks were way above average (I had the lemonade and my son had a boba tea). Service was kind, helpful, and paced well. Definitely a new repeat customer.
I highly recommend Chipstix Grill for your next meal!Chopstix is located in the Hillsboro Safeway parking lot on Cornell rd. across the street from IHOP. The location is tucked away with not alot of available parking.I wasn't expecting the level of customer service I received from this little eatery. I almost didn't want to leave. The flavor packed Pho I ordered will keep me coming back for more. I can't wait to try the Airport Chicken next time I stop by.
