Extremely low portion sizes for a Chipotle.Went here on a weekend afternoon. Was terribly rushed into ordering every step of the way and the portion size was so very tiny and food was just thrown in the bowl. Even at billing, I paid twice because they were confused about orders because they were mixing online and physical orders. Haven’t been to any Chipotle that serves such little food. Would definitely recommend going to a different Chipotle for better service and portion sizes.

The management isn't very customer friendly, yelled at me they were closed when I got out of the car. It was the day before easter (not even on the holiday) and they were closed before 5 which I found to be strange. It seems this Chipotle seems to be closed pretty frequently too. And, the store stopped doing dine-in and is only doing online orders. I feel like I've been turned away from this Chipotle 80% of the time I try to go even though it always says it's open online.

Terrible location! Terrible customer service as well. I’m usually a very tolerant customer anywhere I go, but that place disappointed in every aspect. Upon walk in the place was a disaster, dirty tables and stations for drinks and utensils was empty. Granted it was past 9 pm but it seemed like no tables or the floor had been cleaned for hrs. My mobile order had 2 order missing, chips and salsa + chips and guac. The employee was unapologetic or helpful in offering me. Again I brushed it off and took my order. I checked it in the car and each of the 3 bowls I ordered were missing ingredients. No corn, lettuce, guac in the bowl, or salsa, and to make it worse all the food was placed on the side of the container. And mind you I checked before, and i had it perfectly lvl in my car while driving. We also were not given utensils ready in the bag as I had noted on the chipotle app. At this point I was just concerned about getting my hard earned money refunded for missing items. So via the “pepper chat” I inquired with the issues I had with my order. And have yet to hear back due to ‘high volume’ inquiries. A literal joke at this point.

I have had 2 horrible experiences from this location in a period of 30 days.. No more from this location. First time ordering online In 9 months and food was cold and soggy. It was like it was place on counter as soon as i made the order and sat there for an hour. Was offered a replacement meal a couple weeks later and meal was just as bad as week prior. Won't be eating there again.

Remind me to order a vegetarian burrito the next time I stop in. The grilled beef? or 'steak' or whatever it was supposed to be was full of gristle. Gristle so tough that I had to pick clumps out of my mouth. Too bad!! The burrito taste was scrumptious and I love the soft tortillas. Just don't want to go through the rigorous challenge of chewing my way through their beef.

My last two mobile orders never arrived. The first one almost 2 hours after ordering our 3rd delivery driver assigned called to let us know the store wasn't even open. Were they ever open? Who knows because when you call, you can't speak to anyone. Today almost 2 hours later our order was marked as delivered. But surprise, it never arrived, and no one answered the phone at the store. Customer support refused to refund us, and told us to call the bank about getting our money back.

I ordered online and called the store to add smoked tobacco sauce on the side, and the lady said NO. I'm like, why not, and she said because I don't have it; haha, horrible customer service. Food came Unsealed, and no fork and no napkins.

Upon walking up to the counter to order we were abruptly and rudely informed they were not taking walk in orders due to staffing issues. It was one thing to be denied, another to be told in the manner she spoke to us. While exiting we informed eight others of the status and they left unhappy. Will not be returning to this location just based on poor service.

I've been here 3 times and it's always fubar every time.1st time - I walk in and they are only taking online orders. I ask if I can just order since I'm here right now and they are not busy making food. So I stand there and order online in front of them and then they make my food.2nd time - I walk up to the door at 3:58pm and a poorly written "sorry were closed" sign is on the door.3rd time - I walk up to the door and the same sign is on the door at 4:15pm. This is a few months after the 2nd visit. But don't worry employees are inside cracking jokes with eachother still getting paid. And no you're not a Karen if you complain to corporate about this location. The only way this will improve is if they hire new managers.

Ordered online and tried to use rewards points for chips and guac. Arrived to pick up and there was no chips and guac in order so I asked for it. I was told that “you can’t use rewards points online” which makes no sense. They made zero effort to make my purchase right, offered no chips and guac for what was missing from my order, and said there was nothing they could do about the rewards points I had used online for the chips and guac. I asked if I could just purchase chips and guac and was told “we are only doing online orders at this time”. It was roughly 8:20 pm and nowhere near closing time. Judging by the fact that there were only teenagers working and 15 to-go orders lined up and ready, my guess (having worked in the food service industry myself as a teenager) is that the staff wanted to get out of there ASAP upon closing time, hence their refusal to take cash transactions among other things. I asked then to speak with the manager and was told the manager was “too busy making all this food” which made no sense as no food was being made up front and there were a ton of to go bags already on the counter ready to go. I then asked for the district manager’s name and for the name of the manger on shift, which they also refused to give me. The girl helping me then went to the back again to speak w the manager and came back to give me the guac and chips I had originally ordered (using my points online). At this point I was so completely frustrated that I said thank you and took the guac and chips and went home, only to discover that they had given me expired guac (pictures attached). I submitted a complaint and was refunded my money, but still nothing for the rewards points I was out. The customer service even when dealing w the online complaint was sub-par (I had to request a refund 3 separate times and they originally offered me only one ‘free rewards meal” which had to be used within 30 days. I doubt I will ever go to Chipotle again after this absolutely rude, disrespectful, and disgusting experience I have had. Whoever was the manager on shift that night should be fired immediately. This location is definitely losing business due to this horrific “customer service”.
