You used to be able to walk in, order your food, and leave. Now you walk in, are told to order from the mobile app and sit and wait far longer than necessary to receive your food. This business literally pushes customers away with some bogus business strategy that’s clearly not working for them or their customers. I took my $30 order and went to 808 Grinds where the provide customer service with every transaction!

Instead of marking themselves as closed on the app this store marked themselves as "no online orders" making me waste a drive to only discover they are closed.Other stores on the app mark themselves as closed so you know not to go, or no online orders so you know you have to order in person.Chipotle has been honestly hard to get these days. Yet profits are at an all time high...

Instead of putting their employees first this location has decided to become a online order only location. This location has made it clear they prioritize profits over quality. Online orders are smaller and are consistently made with multiple mistakes.The overall reduction in quality of product coming from this location is at a point where I will not support them in any way until they prove they can treat their employees with enough dignity to retain them for more than a month.

I’m lifting up this location with my gratitude. They are working as hard as they can with what they have. I want to encourage other customers who work outside of the food service industry, it is especially difficult right now. Staffing is low while business is just as busy as ever. If they don’t get your order right, give them the gift of patience. They want to make it right for you. I experienced a forgotten burrito with my order and had to drive back to get it. When I let them know they apologized, pushed my order through to the front of the line and wanted to remake anything else for my inconvenience. I realize this is not everyone’s experience, I was met with generosity. But even if the employee is grumpy, consider they’ve already been going through their share of unhappy customers. It is really draining to keep a smile when you are tired. Maybe your smile in return could help them in a small way. Keep going, friends.

Either open to the public for in person service continuously or remain online only continuously. Stop the flip flopping. Jan 2022 closed to public, online only. I decided to "boycott". Hubby wanted Chipotle so he decided to try again on April 4th 2022, low and behold open to public for in person service. They redeemed themselves in my eyes..ok, Chipotle "boycott" over. Went today, April 23rd 2022, back to online only. It is a pain in the butt to drive over there expecting to be able to order in person and find out you can't, by a sign on the door. Can't even call to find out if they are open or not because there is a pre recorded message, can't talk to anyone in store. And Google doesn't help, it says they are open for dine in, take out and delivery and unless someone within the company changes it on Google it will continue to say that. I am guessing they don't change it on Google because they keep flip flopping. I saw at least one other couple walk away when they saw the sign, too. So, back to the "boycott". Not that they care, but oh well.

This is the worst store that I have been to. I made an order online and got the wrong food not even close to what I ordered. so I went back online and filed a complaint which gave me a credit for a free entree but I had to pay extra for guacamole which I paid for on my order the first time, said what ever and made my order again only 15 min or so since the first one. Get home and it is wrong again. Twice in under 30 min. This time it was at least close except I ordered no rice and 1/2 and 1/2 beans and got 1/2 and 1/2 rice and no beans Fail. Someone needs to pay better attention to what they are doing.

I came in with my 3 year old and ordered a Kids burrito- my three year old choose his toppings and we checked out. I said multiple times that I was expecting a kids size portion and a kids meal. When we checked out they charged me for a adult size portion and refused to correct it!!! I’m so angry at the awful customer care and their lack of clarity when their menu clearly has a kids size portions, a kid was with me and was clearly eating the food and was my intention to order a kids meal!

This location continues to “not” work clean. Food particles from different entrees. The kitchen prep area had rice all over the table and on the floor. I observed as employee’s replaced food trays without wiping the are first. Dumping the last bits of old tray into the other. I did not order those items. I just ordered from what looked clean. It’s possible to work clean. We customers will be patient and appreciate the time to keep it clean.

No clue what’s going on here, but I ordered a salad from here the other night and it came to me looking and tasting like absolute garbage. I attached the picture below. I had never actually seen such a pitiful meal from them. I didn’t really see a point in trying to send it back. Just won’t order again.

Went here a couple times, found a leaf in myburrito bowl, probably can’t eat that thought it was weird, and was spicy the burrito bowl. I saw jalapeño pieces in it wasent the greatest.
