Food was great like it is every where I've had it GA, AZ, IN, TX and now OR. But these little rain hut protectors were awesome and the people in them working were even more awesome.
It was our 1st time here and the food was delicious, hot and came out fast once we ordered. The drive thru had a long wait so we went inside and they got the line moving quickly. We will definitely be back.
Food was good as usual. But service was not up to usual standards. Not terrible but somewhat lacking. I will go back and give them another chance, because they have been very good in the past.
Service is declining since pandemic. Orders are wrong and when you contact them, no one responds. They just give you a coupon for something else.
food was warm, not hot. No dressing on my chicken club sandwich, they could have told me. Just not very appetizing.
The order lines of this store are very confusing. The sign for the express order line is unclear to customers who are new to this place. I entered the express line by accident and there was no way to correct and the store manager refused to take my order. I had to go through the whole order line to get out and then come back to the regular order line. The store should ensure the sign (and meaning) of the express line is clear to the customer in the first place. In case a customer enter the wrong way by accident, the store should have the flexibility to accommodate this. It is absolutely a bad experience to wait for 10 more minutes in the line just for getting out.
They have a new drive thru system and it really stinks. This is the longest that I have ever waited. I used to marvel at how fast they would get you through. Not now, 30 minutes at least. If you use the call ahead you can use the express lane and pass all the others in the two lanes that have to merge into one. I didn't know about that.
Unfortunate experiences at this particular Chick-fil-A. Long lines can be a normal thing at Chick-fil-A, but their management of the lines is better than anyone. Except at this location... My wait times here have been exceptionally long at the drive thru. (Most recent wait was almost 30 minutes) While sitting in line they also allow all of the order pick-ups to get in front of you as well, causing your wait to be even longer. Today their team was doing what they could to get people their food as quickly as they could. I received my order while still sitting in line, I then had to sit there and wait behind all the pick up order cars to get their food before I could head home, causing my food to be cold by the time I made it home.Not sure why leadership at this location can't get the line management down. Their employees were doing everything they could and I felt bad for them having to run around like that.Sadly, I won't be back to this location anymore even though it's closest for me.
We love this place! I may be partial because I worked there but seriously this place is more than just great chicken sandwiches. For me, this place is community. It’s a place to feel at home. It’s a place to hang out with those you love over comfort food. It’s a place to bring your child for their first waffle fry. We had Chick-fil-A for our wedding day, we’ve had many a date night here… I just have a special place in my heart for this Chick-fil-A in particular. The owners are amazing and love big.
Food is always consistent. Staff are nice. Wait times during lunch can be long. The new system in place seems to be working. Drive-thru line moved very quickly. I would still suggest using the mobile app to order ahead and go the the special pickup lane for faster service.
