Today was the first time I’ve gone to this pod and it was actually open, I’ve tried at least a dozen times over the last year, I know I’m not alone in this sentiment in regards to it never being open.Had a cheesesteak, and while the flavors were ok, way too many onions, despite asking for light onions. As someone who lives in the area, I want to support these businesses so they thrive, it’s just hard when their 1. Usually closed and 2. Can’t take orders properly..

This is such a great improvement on the empty lot this was for close to 20 years! Every day there are 2-3 great carts serving fresh food made by local people. It took FOREVER to get the city to be of any help on this, but the Hillsboro Downtown Partnership finally made it happen. It is clean, safe and there is even a port-a-potty on site. Alcohol dispenser and trash cans keep the place looking orderly and allows people to clean their hands safely. There is a pavilion tent and several tables that are comfortable and clean. The carts aren't always the same ones from day to day, but the quality is always there.
