After 12 minutes waiting for my order, the manager told me that they forgot to make my chicken sandwich and that it would be another 6-7 minutes. After I was reluctantly given my money back, I decided to drive to Burger King and order my dinner there. It took less than 5 minutes to receive my food after ordering. I then decided to drive home with a route past Carl's Jr. and realized it took less time to leave/order from a competitor/return to this Carl's Jr. location than it did for the manager to realize that she should take care of paying customers.
Stopped in for lunch, Hand-Breaded-Chicken sandwich had a fishy aftertaste and soda was flat. Suspect they fried the chicken in the same oil used to fry fish, and soda has been sitting for a while due to low of dine in traffic.
Drive thru was a little backed up when I got there but they moved out right along. Good was correct: made right, heat and presentation.

When you look at the location and all of the places around there. This location for fast food is hands down the best fast food place in the area.Always hot and fresh.
Stopped in quickly to get a bite before I got into traffic, I'm glad I did. It helped to pacify me for the extra 41 minutes that I was in the traffic. Wish I had ordered more onion rings.
The food was over salted ??. The staff was rude, cold and the drive thru experience took 10 to 15 mins. Bad location, try another CJ's
