They managed to get my ENTIRE order wrong. Cola instead of orange juice, fries instead of onion rings (which I paid extra for), and tomatoes on my burger when I asked for none. I get that mistakes happen and I wouldn’t find it a big deal if only part of the meal was incorrect, but they managed to mess up every single item. Reeks of carelessness.
I'm a creature of habit. I get the same thing more or less every time I go to Carl's. The morning staff is super sweet and friendly and they have my usual order memorized quick and perfect with a smile. If I change it up, we laugh and it's still right on. Be kind. They work hard to make things right.
Carl's Jr. Has always had juicy burgers, but there milk shakes only have one size...reason I'm referring to uh juicy burgers and then visualizing shakes you see: burgers have several sizes like a special place I love to eat with it being juicy too. So if you can see what I can, then why are the milk shakes in one size ?...some of us more or less than others need either more or less too suck on. I prefer more ??
Went today at 845pm, lights were on, drove up to the drive-thru and no one answered to take my order. As I drove off, I saw they had turned the lights off. This is the 2nd time it happens. Wonder if the owner knows.
Our meals looked like it was sitting for a while not fresh at all. The waffle chicken sandwich was sent back only to have it returned smaller portion breakfast size. The western burger patties were not fresh at all. I pray to God I do not get sick. Very disappointed...
Firstly apon entering and taking the time to wipe my feet I damn near slipped and cracked my head. ( this is why we don't mop the front area with the greasy kitchen mop) my fries were warm but greasy and flaccid. Overall disappointing and the person working the mic had a thick accent that was difficult to understand even for me and I speak 3 languages. He should not be the person taking orders.
Been there twice this week. The new Angus thick burger is where it's at. Got my second one with jalapenos. Two patties, cheese, plenty of bacon. Definitely a burger you are going to want to have at least a second time. No pic. I keep inhaling them lol
Garbage employees who ignore customers and turn their backs. Should have known better than to go this Carl's. Their food sub par also. Don't waste your time.
Open your lobby. No one wants to wait 30 mins in the drive through to pick up an Uber order. Covid is over dawg. Keep up.
Ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich today, no cheese, with lettuce tomatoes and onions added. The hot honey has a mild sweet heat that builds slowly as you eat the sandwich. The chicken was moist and tender, but the hot honey blocked out any seasoning that might have been in the breading on the chicken. While the hot honey was tasty, I wasn't able to eat the sandwich until 15 minutes after I had purchased it. By that time the honey had softened any of the crunch that might have been in the coating on the chicken. Both sides of the bun had adequate honey on them so as to keep the sandwich from being dry. Adding the lettuce tomatoes and onions overall complemented the smoky bacon and made for a tasty sandwich.Would I order it again? Probably, if I could eat it immediately upon receiving it. Otherwise, I would stick with the regular version without the hot honey, which if you get it freshly-made, is crispy and delicious.Though I didn't do it this time, normally the only way I order from fast serve restaurants is to ask for it to be freshly made, and wait in the parking lot for 5 to 10 minutes for them to bring it out. Usually the difference is night and day between a freshly made sandwich and one that is coming through the normal sandwich assembly process. If you have the extra five or ten minutes, try it the next time you order from the drive-thru.
