This location has a Unique interior, it looks like an Old Fashioned Soda Shop...The cashiers were Friendly & Efficient & when I asked for there 'Special Sauce' to be added on my burger, there was No 'Eye Rolling', just a friendly response of 'Sure, Happy to do that for you'... Since I Absolutely Luv Burgerville, & When I'm back at this location, I Shall be Returning... ? ? ?
They got my order wrong and ended up charging me 19.60 for one burger and one fry when I ordered 2 burgers one with another patty which we didn't get. Absolutely ridiculous I got ripped that bad I hope they contact me
This is my first time trying Burgerville. Not sure if I just ordered the wrong thing or went at the wrong time. The burger was dripping grease and copious amounts of mayonnaise. So much so that the bottom but was mushy. There was no real flavor to anything. The strawberry short cake was the dry biscuit kind and was also disappointing. The waffle fries and lemonade were ok.
Burgerville is an upscale fast food chain that features local products and unique specialties. I love the sweet potato fries! The prices are a little high for my taste, but you get what you pay for.
Normally I love their shakes. I ordered a Hazelnut Chocolate shake and the chocolate syrup was pooled up on the bottom, barely mixed into the shake. Blech! Sugar coma. This will not stop me from visiting again, but I won't be ordering that shake.Service was friendly.
Would not go back if they paid me. Went there drive through during my lunch break and ordered the bacon cheese burger. Got back to work and opened to find that not only was it almost frozen cold including the bacon that they did not even put the beef patty in there, so basically cold lettuce, cold bacon and a sad piece of tomato. Had to drive back and got my money back. Don’t know if this happened all the time cause I barley got an apology. So now back to with and don’t have time to get lunch
Came 3/28 @ 810 pm. Line was 7 cars deep no problem but took them 25 mins for me to get my food ; many people were just standing around in there aimlessly , arrived home to find 2/3 of the waffle fries I ordered fries were cold, and 3 chicken strips (I had ordered 2 baskets of 4) had weird textures and did not taste fresh. Was very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location as this is the 2nd time something has been off from this place
We love us some Burgerville! But heads up now with their dining room open...it's as if their entire staff forgot how to multitask and serve drive through AND dine in customers after being closed for so long lol. The food was all fine but every single order we had was either wrong or took an insane amount of time to get to us. I think they just need some practice lol otherwise everyone was very nice and we enjoyed finally being able to go inside!
As someone who is gluten free and dairy sensitive Burgerville's gluten free bun is outstanding and the coconut milkshakes are delicious. The only thing about Burgerville is they are expensive and generally on the slow side but their food is great.
I’ve came here one too many times and my food is always cold and never prepared right! I ordered a 1/2 pound colossal burger add bacon no pickles and change american cheese to cheddar. What did i get? a 1/2 pound collosal no bacon, pickles, and american cheese. I called and complained and they told me to come get the correct burger and that they would have it ready for me when i got there as i live 5 minutes away. so we get there, call them to let them know we are here. NO ONE ANSWERED! and i see two employees in the building and no one could grab the phone. We text the pick up number, no response. 15 minutes go by… we call again. they let us know that they will start getting that burger ready! Now i sit here complaining to my fiancé and 5 more minutes go by and i still do not have my burger! Now that the rest of my food sitting at home waiting for my family is cold! thanks Burgerville.
