First, let me preface this review by saying I'm kinda baffled the average score at this location isn't higher. This is the only BWW location I frequent and I have never been disappointed here in any capacity, ever.Enough of that though. Let's get to whom I want to call out.My server and consequently head-bartender for the earlier portion of the business day was Camellia.I haven't been as impressed with any singular bartender in a service establishment, maybe ever as much as her. And as I understand it, she is fairly new to the role.You could of fooled me. She looked like she knew what she was doing in her sleep.Extremely polite and professional, and not only was she keeping engaged with me throughout my visit, but consistently delivering the same quality of service to other patrons as well simultaneously. And practically right after open of business. It was abnormally busy.The food never disappoints. Reasonable wait time. But again, the aforementioned is what I want to call out here.If anyone from leadership or corporate happens upon this review, please see that this lovely woman gets the praise she deserves. She is killing it.Thank you.
To be honest went in today! My bother, my 2 kids and I. They were not BUSY by ANYMEANS and they told us a 25 to 30 min wait to be seated. I was soooooo confused as the restaurant was slow. The waitress once seated was very nice though a wait time of such was ridiculous! Most definitely won't be returning as if it was a busy day I feel they would need to close the place due to not being to help everyone. ?
The food and the service are fine, but the place is dirty and has a disgusting smell...
Tasty chicken Caesar salad. Large portion at a good price. Server did a great job keeping up with cocktails and water. Very friendly.
The burgers and fried pickles are so delicious!!! The. The customer service was amazing, too. We did get our food a little late, but it was understandable because they were super busy. But overall, very pleased.
Definitely number one choice for a laid back date night. Dante made the experience outstanding. He was very relaxed and on top of refills and making sure we had everything we needed but wasn't that annoying type that was searching for a big tip or something. The experience was genuine and he kept me updated on the timing of when our food was coming out. And he also received high praise from the table next to us. So he was on his A-game. I love the whole staff there but tonight the spot light was on Sir Dante. Will definitely be returning there soon.
I have been living here for 9 years. And every time I have been here to dine or take out the wait is over 15 minutes and then being seated you wait 30miniutes for food . I love the staff so friendly but seems like everyone isn’t on work mode during mid day… cold food. Stale chips and dirty tables. There was maybe 8 people in here :) love the staff
Servers are great. However, the last three times I have eaten at this particular location, the kitchen service has been below standards. It has taken over an hour to get our food, then it has come out incorrect each time. Wait staff is not to blame. I either have the worst luck or management there needs to take a hard look in the mirror.
Tried to order from them online for the past two nights because I’ve been CRAVING for some wings and they’re cheaper than wingstop, plus very close to me. Last night they turned off online ordering at 9:30pm, so I went to try again tonight at 7pm, and it said my order wouldn’t be ready until 8:30pm! So I drove over and went inside only to see a line of 5 people waiting with nobody being acknowledged, and the greeter just eyeing everyone down. So I left. And after seeing the reviews I’m really glad I didn’t waste my money here.
