The shake is as fluid as water.... When I asked for it to be made right she instantly replied "It's just gonna be that way again, Our ice cream is too hard." Well I thought that's why you blend it? Maybe don't blend it for so long or add less milk?The owner nails it EVERY time and there has never been an issue in the many man orders in the past. It would have been far less annoying if the young lady would have simply fixed the issue instead of beat around the bush hoping I would accept trash service and unedible products...

Everything but the price of a milkshake was excellent.
I only give a 1 because we eventually got our order. The server was slow and rude! Asked for a receipt and she wasn't able to provide one. The first cones ice cream fell off while she was scooping my second of 6 cones in my order. She told me to clean it up and said I wasn't holding the cone right (WHAT?). We noticed with all the cones she didn't put in a base for the icecream to adhere to and also didn't push the icecream down on the cone, but just laid it on top. As we received our cones we pushed the icecream down so they didn't fall off when the young children handled them. Horrible experience and will never go to this location qgain!
Good service and a lot of ice cream flavors
I wouldn’t normally leave a review for ice cream but this place was really good I am sad to see that it is closing. I have come here ever since I moved to Oregon, this is a family owned franchise.
Okay now I will admit its been several years since I've actually ordered or been to their shop but that doesn't mean to be treated by an extremely RUDE EMPLOYEE! I had someone go in and order a Strawberry Banana Smooth that I've been craving for. Ordered the smoothly and asked for a scoop of frozen yogurt in it. Now I know things change and instead of her saying, I'm sorry, we don't carry yogurt any longer. She says This is an ICE CREAM STORE AND WE DONT HAVE YOGURT! Like I said its been awhile but I came home and looked it up and yep 2014 YOGUART WAS CARRIED. So instead of a polite response she chose the lazy way in her deliverance. You would think with the economy they would want customers. I would have been happy to go with their usual way of making it but because of her response I sure won't be going back there along with my friends.
