We order to dine in and it was not a pleasant time.First of all, I don’t recommend their $11.xx Birria tacos with that sour sauce, not worth it!The steak fajitas was okay but expected more for $15dollars.They don’t longer have the salsa bar, which it’s disappointing. The guy at the register was very friendly, but the two girls on the back were chitchatting/laughing so loud it was hard for the guy to hear our order, then he told them to be quiet and they started making faces. Very childish.Received our food fast, the store was very clean and their Spanish music on the background was okay but I will not be returning to this Baja Fresh.

The only review I've ever given. On 6/10 at around 510pm. I was waiting for my Burrito that I just ordered and as I was waiting, another lady who was there before me walked up and asked if her order was ready. After reviewing the name, it was clear that her online order was to the wrong store. The lady, who was well put together but you could see on her face she was going thru something. She said, "I'm sorry, my dad just passed and..." and at that point she broke down. The Baja Fresh employee who was working the cashier simply grabbed her wrist and allowed this lady to have a moment while reassuring her, no scene was made. After about a minute the lady was able to collect herself and I assume her order was still made. This was prolly nothing for the lady working and taking the order but it was a beautiful display of common humanity and understanding. Stand up people work here. I'm happy I was able to see this kind gesture. My Burrito was fantastic too!

Quick, fresh tasting food in a clean atmosphere. My favorites are the nachos and taco salad in a shell! The prices have gone up like many other places so not a steal of a deal anymore.

My son and I went to the Baha Fresh and I really love the food and my Son loved it too

Ordering in person was good. The person taking our order was patient since it was a little difficult to understand when wearing a mask. We have kept asking to repeat what he was saying. I got the chicken burrito. Chicken I got wasn't chewy/hard.

I think the spices have increased because my Burrito was spicy.

Awesome ingredients, non-processed foods, non-refined grains. They always have a good amount of vegetables (plant food) in the burritos and they don't use tun cans and microwaves, it's good old fashioned cooking. Good environment, professional service. Burrito was like 9.95 but after a tip it turns out to be over 10$.

One of my favorite places for cheap food. Love the chili-lime salad, carnitas quesadilla, and the shrimp Baja bowls.

Shockingly terrible customer service. I came with a birthday coupon sent via email. The cashier was SO RUDE and just kept telling me it wouldn't work right from the get go. I tried showing him the email in that it was straight from Baja Fresh, it had my name on it and a valid expiration date. He didn't even look at it or want to try the barcode/offer code associated with it. The guy was so mean during the whole interaction, I ended up leaving with nothing. The restaurant was completely empty, easy to see why given the attitude of the employees.

Shrimp fajitas are usually delicious..just not this time.Prices went up quite a bit.
