First time for me trying their food.I didn't like the chicken sandwich my son ordered for me. There was little chicken meat and a lot of breadcrumbs in it.I guess it's called Chicken Ranch Sandwich. The other sandwich was good.

There isn't an Arby's near me and had been craving it for weeks now ..We decided to take the plunge and the 45 minute drive to the nearest one yesterday.Spent $60 in gas to get there too .. Which would have been worth it had 1) the dining room isn't open ,and 2) when we went thru the drive thru they said cash only ..I like most people don't carry cash .This wouldn't have been a problem except why it doesn't say any of this on the website?Ugh. . Especially when we're literally 45 minutes away .Waste of time ?

Just ordered our food and it was terrible - order ID AACATKRSAGGNFirst everyone will sacrifice a little extra time for fresh food. Second when you order just two items NOBODY wants soggy mozzarella sticks or a lukewarm sandwich. There was no one in line behind or in front of us, which means you gave us food that was just sitting on the heaters for who knows how long, by the taste it was well past it’s freshness! I’m disappointed that I gave this business my money today, even more disappointed that the individuals working at Arby’s didn’t care to create a good customer experience by providing fresh food!

Went through the drive thru with my dad. The car in front of us wouldn't pull forward, so the gentleman working just kept talking. By the time we reach the voice box he says "I've said hello 3 times already!". Pretty rude dude. The gentleman at the actual window was very nice. Definitely NOT the same employee. Please teach your employees to be patient when they don't hear someone on the other side of the box. I'd give more stars but the first guy ruined it. Lol

Asked for extra tartar no lettuce.Received extra lettuce no tartar on my kings Hawaiian fish sandwich. To far away to turn around so...tried removing lettuce ?Turns out to be a fairly dry sandwich

Usually, Arby's offers no problems with food, however, this sandwich today was not good. The meat was very tough and the assembly of the sandwich left much to be desired. If the drive thru was busy, this could've been something to look over, but they weren't. The person taking my order was pleasant, upbeat, and very happy to assist with any question I may have had. Window person was also very pleasant.Overall, great place, great people, just had an off day of the sandwich... Next time☺️

It's Arby's. You either like it or you hate it. Staff tend to be younger, and a bit more playful and performing. I love it, and they seem to be aware of my enjoyment of their late evening shenanigans. Accents, jokes, patter and banter are all on the menu, if you're willing to play along. It is one of the better Arby's in town.

I get that we are in the middle of a pandemic and everyone is facing staffing challenges. However, at least 5 people on shift at 7 pm on a Monday night and mt shoes are sticking to the floor in the lobby. No medium lids in the lobby. Husbands chicken tenders had been sitting long past their throw away time and my beef and cheddar had so much sauce that it made the wrapper rip and leaked all over my jacket. Clearly a lack of leadership and direction at this establishment. We'll drive further for better atmosphere and service in the future.

Every time I come here they forget to put cheese, or some other type of condiment that comes with a basic sandwich order. I'm so tired of my order being processed wrong. This has happened on the last 3 of my orders. When I called the general manager wasn't in and i couldn't even be given a refund.

Clean establishment with friendly and prompt customer service. Crinkle cut fries should get more credit. The sandwiches are a good value for the money and the chain always implementing new items, based on popular ethnic items out there.
