Only reason why this location get 2 stars is because this is the only location in Clackamas that get my order right everytime. But the service is HORRIBLE. They are always so rude when I come by and I'm super nice to them! But they literally say "here" when handing me my food and slamming the window before I can say thank you. And at the intercom after I give my order they usually say "second window I guess" like it's a chore. I never feel comfortable coming to this location, that's why I go through the drive thru instead of inside. They make it clear they don't want to help you. I know the area isn't a good area to be in, especially at night so maybe this is just how the service is in that part of town? Idk
We pull up to the speaker the male taking orders say order when your ready I asked for a # 1 no tomato no pic no letts I get home and there tomato also got a kids meal for my daughter and we ordered a Sprite with it and it tastes taste like plastic it doesn't even have any flavor
We stopped here for lunch. We ordered a special order burger that most don't get right. They did a wonderful and got it right the first time.Way to go Wendy's, great job.I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place!
Always busy, because it's good food. Staff are great and are really fast. Quality food and prepared and presented good. App is frustrating and never works without issues. Fries are good, they were good before, and the new style is good too.
This review is just for breakfast i order the bacon with egg sandwich, the price with that is like 7 bucks meal. I said hey that is not bad, the bread is really small so it only took me 3 bites and that's it. The jojo fries is ok little dry and burnt and some of the part of the jojo fries is more harder than the other part of it. Im just a little stump. I do not recommend it. But if you're willing to try them please do.
This location messed up my order few weeks ago in the drive thru. I called had my name added to a list(apparently this happens all the time). Ok, not a big deal till I swing through today to pick up. Not only is my name not on a list they don't have one. Make things worse the manager who took my information doesn't nor has ever existed. I was furious so I decided to leave and call corporate. On the way out Manager and cashier start talking and saying "She just wanted free food", "Probably stole and receipt from the trash". Wow thank god I walked away.(Just because you say something in Spanish doesn't mean no one knows what you are saying). I paid for my food and thankfully whenever I used my debit card a copy of receipt gets automatically loaded. So I went to my car and called corporate. Was on hold for an hour but I was not giving up. Customer Service then tells me that the manager who originally helped me was still employed and was at work, at that location. She put me on hold and spoke to him. What kind of mess is this. Situation was resolved to me getting a refund from my banks copy of my receipt. This location sucks!!
Went to this location because the one on 82nd across from Fred Meyers wasn’t serving breakfast for who knows why! Anyway the Wendy’s across from the Clackamas Town Center was great. Their breakfast was hot and delicious, the breakfast fries are 10 times better that McD’s greasy hash browns, the customer service was exceptional. I will be returning when I’m in a rush and want a delicious breakfast or lunch.
I have had multiple and consecutive bad experiences here so figure I would leave a review. Last night, my wife, toddler, and I spent over half an hour waiting for our food. We used the Wendy's app as we always do and we had the option for curbside pickup which we selected. 10 minutes pass. 20 minutes pass. I then to start calling the location and 3 times I hear someone picks up and then slams the phone to disconnect. Finally at the 33 minute mark we realize we cant cancel our oder and get a refund so we make our way through the long drive through line. Keep in mind, as we initially waited, there was an employee at the entrance talking with his "friend for a good 20 to 25 minutes" and as I tried to talk to him he completely ignored me as well as 3 other waiting customers. Okay, he was probably on his lunch or break so fair enough. As we waited in the drive through line we noticed multiple signs pointing to the designated parking spots labeled "Mobile Order Pickup". The young lady who gave us our food was nice and listened to my complaint. As I was talking to her, 3 other workers who were nearby essentially ran away not to be confronted. She says they were short staffed, however, their kitchen was quite filled with employees (we counted at least 8). At the very least, they should have taken down their curbside pickup / Mobile Order Pickup signs and/or covered their curbside pickup signs at the parking spots with a message to inform customers they are not doing curbside pickup orders.Customer Service just doesnt seem like what it used to be. If there are customers waiting at the curbside pickup spots and your system clearly shows an order for curbside delivery (which we confirmed they did) then have someone go out and let the customer know to use the drive through, better yet CALL them. If there was a problem with a curbside pickup order, EVERY other place I have bought from has called me within a reasonable timeframe.Anyways, I am done ranting. Best of luck to everyone else. I will never go back.
Closed at 8pm but still accepting and not fulfilling online orders. 2 other delivery drivers were treated rudely and “shoo’d” away. No signage on the doors or heads up to clientele. I’ve consistently had subpar service at this location.
They just opened, bright eyed and bushy tailed crew (or so I thought) and they still managed to get our order wrong. This type of service is not worth $10.00-$15.00+ an hour.
