Nice staff and quick service. Great place to visit in the mall.
It's good as long as the manager lady is not there . she just throws your food together all sloppy like.
Typical Taco Time, which I happen to love, but please remove from your listing the statement that there is a drive-through, very misleading, made me drive around needlessly looking for a stand alone location. People who are driving cannot be looking through reviews for a hint that this is a mall location.
The manager was quite rude and she is very mean to the 2 Boys that work there. The 3 younger workers are amazing and i will only go if there working. The manager should not be talking to the guest that order food because she is so disrespectful made me want to put her in her place
Who the hell reads reviews for fast food tacos?
Very long wait for poor quality food.Exactly 16 min wait for 2 tacos and mex-fries (tater-tots). No other customers there, 2 orders after mine.. Fish taco was almost all lettuce and sauce, wet and cold small bits of fish. Regular taco looked and tasted like 50% refried beans and 50% sour cream.Tots were crisp - but that was the only good thing. Although I did not know that was what I was ordering.Would not recommend.
Great food, quick service
Cash only during these times makes 0 sense. They didn't even say their card machines are down. Literally every other place at the mall takes card.
Unlike its Taco Hell counterpart, Taco Time always tastes fresher, brighter, and way less saturating. Use to feel a more on the expensive side, but these days you pay almost the same for a chelupa as you do for a Srarbucks coffee.Taco Time = worth it!
I ordered a few burritos for takeout. When I arrived home, one burrito was missing. I called the place and they said that they will make 2 of the same burritos for free next time I'm there. Keep in mind that I already paid for 1 and the other one was promised to me as a type of "reimbursement" for the mistake. So I go to the very same Taco Time 6 days later and I ask for the 2 burritos and show my receipt. The woman (I assume the owner/manager) comes out and she says that she will only give me 1 free burrito in a snappy voice. I mentioned that I was promised 2 over the phone, since I went hungry last time + I had to make another trip to get the food. Nope, she doesn't care and gives me the one burrito that I had paid for 6 days ago. In all honesty, I wouldn't mind if she wasn't snappy and rude to me. The whole time I felt like I did something wrong just because I asked them for a burrito they had already promised to me over the phone.
