I watched the people working today (at about 1:30 PM on Monday). Call security on a customer sitting outside with his drink and journal - either drawing or writing. This place is not a welcoming environment and I’d encourage people to take their money elsewhere. There’s a Seattle’s best upstairs in the food court and what looks like a French bakery outside the court as well.
i work at the mall and i always come here to get something. i really like this starbucks, the staff is always super chill and they always get my order right :)
If you want to pick up ethnic girls, this is the spot. But Starbucks overall is still bad coffee. So, 4/5.
I can’t even give them 1 a star but google makes me. Worst experience ever Super-bowl. Baristas were so obnoxiously rude. I wore mask out of respect for business so wouldn’t impact their jobs with Oregon’s ridiculous unconstitutional mandates. But mind you my mask wearing wasn’t to their liking even with them behind plexi-glass. So they proceeded to shame,make a scene to pressure and embarrass me in front of a few customers as I kindly ignored and patiently waited for my coffee. They get a big Epic “F” for customer service. Note I shopped same mask way in Clackamas mall and had no trouble else where.They lost my biz! I love my mall outings with coffee. Its one of my few pleasures in life. This matcha coffee-a-holic will skip their establishment moving forward. They are not my doctor and should respect their customers including health decisions. Don’t need to be frivolously harassed. They need to be educated on customer service and recent John Hopkins study indicating mask and lockdowns caused more harm than good. I will find friendly place that respects all customers and their rights -period.
Can't seem to get our order right and they do the coffee tastes terrible; but on the bright side the baristas are nice.
The young dude with afro who takes orders is beyond rude.
Good location if you work in the mall and are in a hurry I guess, but this is the least friendly Starbucks I've ever been to. Aside from one dude who I used to see (not sure if he's still there) who was always nice, most of the people here are awful. Been a few months since I was here last so I tried giving them another shot this morning, but the guy who took my order was beyond rude.
Worst experience ever the baristas such at making coffee, and they’re super rude. I worked at a real Starbucks for three years and this place is straight up ghetto! Save your money and go to a regular Starbucks chain
Went in and no one is store just 4 baristas, barista that seemed to be in charge was rude and very unwelcoming and made me aware why I had not been to mall in 2 years. Horrible service.
Called my name after I ordered went to get my drinks was asked what I ordered I told her and asked 3 more times seemed confused didn't have my order so I sat back down then 20 more min later my order was completed
