I went to this location and ordered a Medicine Ball. The batista did not inform me they were out of the Peach Tranquility tea which would have been fine if they told me. But just doubled up on the Citrus tea which is more caffeine that I want. Be courteous and let the customer know ahead of time. Thank you
I WAS SO DISTRACTED 2 day that I bypassed the oder Genie and I could not back up to place the order! So just drove up, apologized and the window young lady was SO friendly and understanding & when I said I was there the day before asked me about my day yesterday. How sweet and considerate a great experience and start to my morning commute
Came to this Starbucks on Saturday morning- I expected it to be busy, so we got ready to go inside. Found out their lobby was closed but a woman said they were doing mobile orders and bringing them out. When I called , the woman was very rude and short with me. Said they were closed and to pick up my mobile order through the drive through even though by this point, cars were wrapped around the building. I get it, staffing is difficult right now…. But don’t put a sign on the street saying “cafe open” .
Thence gotten it right for me about 98% of the time. Love the new pink drink. ?
Very friendly staff. I ordered in the store and it was ready pretty quickly. The drink is as good as ever.
I tried the egg white bites yesterday and they were OUTSTANDING! I just needed a little something to keep up my energy level and they were the Perfect size for a little energy boost...yes, I did have caffeine too!
Love Starbucks!! But the customer experience is what matters, and the staff at this location is simply the BEST! They are so cheerful, friendly, and helpful, and get my day started in the best way. ❤️

Typical Starbucks. More like a factory doing production work than a real coffee shop where you enjoy hanging out for awhile. Little warmth unless you're part of the strange look club.
Of all the drive through Starbucks I have visited (including West Linn) this location is always upbeat and quick. They have never gotten my order confused, and I leave happy and satisfied.
