Great place to indulge my craving for Szechuan. The fish was light and crispy, everything had great flavor, and the food came out fairly quickly. Will definitely come back.
The food here is authentic and delicious. Everything is spiced well and tastes good. We passed by this area on a road trip and it did not disappoint. Would definitely come back if we are ever in the area!
Tried a new place. We had the pepper beef and chicken lo mein. Pepper beef was tender and perfectly well seasoned. Lo mein had great flavor. Both dishes had nice portions. Quality place.
The best food I've had in Portland for legit szechuan. 20 minute wait tonight, but more than worth it. We had the thin beef in golden broth soup, green peppers and shredded potatoes, and chongqing chicken. Everything was excellent and worked well with the other dishes. Service is firm, but fair. Lol. Advise you to have your order ready when they come for it.
Best darn tooting Sichuan food we have ever had in our entire life. We literally spent the entire dinner raving about how amazing it was!!!
My partner and I love this place when we crave having authentic Sichuan food. The spices and peppers that they use offer the classic mouth-numbing sensation while also being extremely flavorful. It’s not an overwhelming spice at all! During the two visits we’ve been here, we’ve ordered their crispy fish, crispy chicken, crispy pork intestines, mapo tofu, fried rice, and maybe another dish or two. All. So. Freaking. Good. If you don’t know what to order, PLEASE get the crispy chicken and crispy fish (pictured below). They both are juicy, flavorful, very crispy—you honestly can’t go wrong with these. We’ll be back ?
Really good spicy food place, rice need extra pay and food are kinda overprice. But i still wanna give 5 star cuz it’s generally really good. I barely find any good Szechuan place in Oregon :) try the Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp, the best in this restaurant ever.
Great for family-style dining, and plenty of leftovers
Update: sadly will never return. Attempted to get lunch today with my multiracial family. Were treated like sh*t. Walked out and will not return and will warn people not to come. Very sad.Highly recommend. I lived in Beijing for 10 years and often crave authentic foods I miss. There are many places around Portland which offer a few dishes that are authentic but it's difficult to make a whole meal. Everything I ordered was well prepared and reminded me of China. The server was friendly and helpful. They have some dishes I've never seen in the US but used to love. I haven't tried everything on menu but I plan to keep coming back to try again.
We were on a day trip to Portland and this Sichuan food restaurant was said to be the "best", so we drove another 20 minutes to try it.The taste was really excellent. First of all, the amount of food We're large, the speed of serving was very fast, and the food was very hot. This kind of feeling is very good.Again, the ingredients were very fresh, really fresh, we ordered fish, sesame chicken, spicy chicken, all of which were cooked perfectly, the meats were marinated well, balanced well, the taste was clear but with nice strong spicy flavor, it's very worth trying , everyone there was very kind and friendly, ?!鸡肉处理的那么好,如果有粤菜的白切鸡,那简直就尖叫了~?
