Price go up and now get less food for sides really bad busen
If I could give them a 0 star I would. The older gentleman that works there is most rudest person I’ve ever encountered. I work in the service industry as well and I would never do what he did. The moment I ordered I was instantly given attitude we got 6 items every time we ask for an item he would rudely serve it. At the checkout was the stick that broke the camels back. They over charged us and told us that the prices had just changed overnight but the board still had the old prices. Not that we’re not willing to pay, but the way he addressed it was just ridiculously rude, he asked the cashier what seems to be the problem so she said” the price, he than rudely said yeah because the price went up”. Yeah that’s not a problem but maybe it should be changed on the board too the one that people look at when ordering and not on your computer where it comes to a surprise. It wasn’t the price change that made me mad and told him to take the food back it was the rudeness of his service that I couldn’t stand for. So never will I be eating here again.

Called to order pizzas for pick up. Very rude male kid refused to take my order. Said they were to busy. At 330 in the afternoon ? He was laughing and joking with a coworker while on the phone with me and just rudely blew me off. Very unprofessional. I will not go here or order from here ever again
bought a full meal and asked for a plain tap water. they didn’t give my four year old daughter a straw.i went back to ask for a straw and they said they said matter of factly, “i can’t give you a straw for complimentary water bc it was considered free water.”i can definitely say that my family of five will never eat in this sbarro nor will spend another dime here. (a straw is literally a dime in bulk)bright side: another father heard them say no to the straw. he asked charley’s cheese steak for a straw and they provided one. there are some great people out there.
No ice in my drink or straw and not even a warning before purchasing..
