Can you do less than one star? Called and.left.me a voicemail to tell me they didn't have any drivers. Hung up on me before I even finished my sentence when I called back. Unbelievable. Why does the website allow delivery orders to be placed if they aren't delivering? No apology, no we're so sorry, just a hang up.
It's a rip off 1 pizza and 18 Buffalo wings 50$. They asked, you want 12,18 or 24 pieces, said 18, paid 21$ and 11$ for 18 pieces. They do together, but charge you two different prices. Shocked. Rip off, would go to different place. Been a customer in different location for many year, they always would find you a discount or something. For 18 pieces paid 17.99$ in that location but here on Sunnyside, " rip off".
Super lame service, extremely expensive because they don’t tell you that your $25 box is 36 bucks if you get any other kind of pizza except pepperoni and they don’t even give you sauce and normally you get a sticker on your pizza box sealing it closed at every other Pizza Hut and my box came half opened. Def better pizza huts out there. Would not recommend this one at all.
Remember when pizza hut was good. Gave it a try worst pizza I ever ate. Frozen 1 doller pizzas at store are way better. No taste at all crust was like chewy cemet. Save ur money or get a frozen pizza way better
They generally make a good pizza but service has gone down recently
Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza place. However a little disappointed in the last couple of times we went to this location. Toppings are skimpy, and not spread out on pizza. If you order a half and half pizza you will get toppings on maybe 1/3rd. They need to slow down a little on the production and take pride in the product they are making.
Pizza was hot when delivered however when I opened 1 of them it looked like it had been dropped or turned upside done. Was not happy about that at all.
Actualy deliver my food and dont leave me waiting all night
I understand being out of an item I ordered like mushrooms, but there was no mention of taking it off the price of my pizza. Instead, I was told there will be more of everything else. I also understand delivery drivers make mistakes. My problem is, when you have to spend over a minute on your knees digging in the warming bag, it’s obvious my pizza has been dumped. The driver did apologize as they handed me a piled mess both inside and outside the box. I would have felt better if that apology had been followed with, we are going to have to remake your pizza. I had to call the location and insist I wasn’t paying for that ruined pizza. There was no further attempt at fixing the situation beyond that. I will think twice before ordering from you in the future. Also, the breadsticks were inedible.
Everything was hot and fresh. The order was correct, and the delivery lady placed things perfectly and made sure we heard her before leaving. She was very sweet.
