We have had nothing but problems with this location. Terrible customer service, when you call you feel like an inconvenience the person you're talking to,, today I called and was hung up on 6 times, no ring just a hangup.Finally I get threw, and I asked " are you guys having phone issues?"She asked what did I mean,I told her I keep getting hung up on.She then said no ma'am we're just very busy you're were being placed on hold.That just wasn't the case, I was being up on.This is just one of many issues over the last year!
I dont know what happened to the quality ingredients of pizza from the hut. It is horrible. The Canadian bacon is now slivered ham the Italian sausage is weird tasting squishy. The black olives are so tiny cut in 1/8 each olive. Really I paid with tip 35.00 for a pizza that wasn't edible. What happened to my favorite pizza place? Last pizza I will be ordering . Cutting cost is one thing but raising pricing and using sub par ingredients a recipe for losing customers bye...
I am very disappointed, at this place. I had ordered a special pizza with no cheese they put very little sauce, I was so dried, with barely little sauce in it,I add mushrooms to it it only had like six or seven mushrooms in it. I’ll ni nice to let your customers that you will charge more. I don’t mind paying to get the pizza how I want it. Thanks but not thanks.
Since the last time I left a review. Things have drastically changed. When ordering a large pizza! The sizes cut evenly and when ordering extra pepperoni I receive extra pepperoni and delivery comes in a timely fashion and my soda is always cold and ready to drink! I ordered a Pepsi it turns out they didn’t have a 2 L Pepsi I wasn’t able to answer my phone due to training, but when the delivery driver arrived he had a selection of sodas for me to choose from. Thinking ahead is my idea of great customer service!
It's decent last minute pizza. We like the boneless wings also. Delivery is usually very quick and we like that we earn rewards from orders that we can use on future purchases.
Pizza is just ok. I feel like if I spend $25 on a pizza, $5.99 for them to drive it 1 mile, plus tip for the driver, they should throw in a dipping sauce without charging for it. They already skimp on the toppings they don't need to cheap out on everything.
The delivery was prompt, the delivery man was kind, and the food was delicious! We will definitely order again!
my pizzas (all 3) were undercooked. if they just checked under the pizza you could tell just by the color of the dough. very unhappy.
Hire more people. Pay better. Deliver my pizza on-time.
