This location has gone downhill in the last two months. I get lunch to go here regularly, but lately there have been some issues. The salads have been wilted; almost slimy on the bottom. There have been various missing items; bread, butter, chips, utensils. I have even tried making "special instructions" on the online order form to remind them of the butter, utensils, or croutons for the tomato soup, but they seem to get ignored. They have an order review slip attached to the bag, but no one checks it. :/Edit: Significantly better quality and service since I posted this review! Thank you!
I placed an order online 3.5 hours in advance for a business meeting. I was notified my order would not be ready while I was standing in line to pick it up. When I asked how long before it was ready, they offered to Cancel the order. I waited 35 min, the lunch I ordered for my meeting was not the quality I expected - it was ONLY turkey & lettuce on bread - that was it. Not the quality of Other Panera restaurants. The Staff was rude to customers, struggling with the orders. The bathroom was filthy and disgusting. They are desperately short staffed but they should notify customers they cannot meet the promised time prior to the pick up time. I buy food from Paneras regularly and have never had this kind of Experience at other locations.
How do you serve food like this?? This is literally the tenth time I’ve ordered the same sandwich and each time you guys go out of your way to be disrespectful to my food and pocket book!! I really wish you guys would be better!! I really don’t understand how your corporation allows this type of quality and disrespect to happen all the time!!
I have ordered here multiple times... I'm now to the point of never ordering again. The orders are always messed up. I can deal with that. However their customer service is horrible. I usually order delivery. THEY make a mistake, and instead of making it right (sending the order out), they MAKE YOU PAY FOR ANOTHER ITEM! They won't fix it unless you buy something else. That's just insane. I can overlook once, but this happens almost every time we order.
It's a Panera. Customer service usually isn't anything out of this world, although the staff here are nice enough so no complaints. Actually it's kinda comical how quickly and robotically one of the girls here goes through the 'official Panera greeting script' or whatever those lines are called. Who could blame her. Overall, I've found the staff to be kind and helpful and not pretentious. Only thing they could really do better is clean up tables at a faster rate. Also, if you're a customer it helps if you oh I don't know....actually pick up after yourself! Seems to be a lost 'art' these days. (Generally speaking, not just in terms of bussing your own tables)
I'm giving this paneras location 1 star because of the unprofessional manager. I ordered some soup for my dad and he almost choked on what I thought looked like a sharp piece of glass but turned out to be a sharp piece of plastic. Either way, still dangerous. I had called panera to talk to the manager and she laughed saying that it was very unlikely and kept laughing at me. This was a serious matter and she took it very lightly and didn't even apologize. Her name was savanna or Samantha or something like that. She doesn't know this but when you work in a RESTAURANT you have to understand what customer service looks like. If I was rating her as an employee it would be 0.
Went in for a Sandwich and a latte but they were out of milk! Only found this out after waiting in line and team leader Troah was very unapologetic. This location needs to get their act together.
Very unclean. Many tables inside and out dirty. Trash in the floor. Service good. Just need to pick up the restaurant!
The current manage is AWESOME!I had a delivery issue, received the wrong food, I called in and the manager graciously helped me out, gave me my refund. I told the manager I would be ordering again in a little bit, they offered to keep an eye out for my order, to include a free pastry for my troubles. I received a small box with a few different pastries, I couldn’t believe the fantastic customer service! This location has a customer for life!
This location is really good in the morning, quick and efficent, always correct and awesome customer service. The night shift *severely* needs better management however. Orders are typically way late, and even after 15 minutes of waiting for a simple to go order, while the employees moved slow as can be, mostly standing around, i still got a completely wrong order ://
