Wonderful experienceCristian and the rest of the crew are so helpful when choosing and giving great feedback on what to order . Glad we decided to come try this place out and we had a good time . Food was delicious and a good value . Will be coming back and trying other dishes.
called to order takeout around 4pm. was asked to give them a couple minutes... put on hold for 9 min, then was hung up on. I called again and asked if I can put a takeout order w/out mentioning I was hung up on, then was put on hold. I was hung up on within 30 seconds.I gave up ordering at this point. If they just told me they were too busy to take orders, I would have understood. Would have saved me the time of waiting on hold just to be hung up on twice.
Have been going to O'Sushi for 8 years now and it is still my go to spot. All the high end sushi restaurants do not compete except for Yama Sushi. Great service and hopefully the prices stay reasonable ?
This place has gone downhill in a big way. I understand in this day and age there are labor shortages, but it does not excuse the rudeness I experienced trying to place an order over the phone.A young man answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. He set the receiver down while he was checking out other customers. He went through about 3 customers which took about 8 minutes during which time he was casually chatting with the patrons. Then click. He picked up the receiver and hung it up. I called back and told him I had just waited for 8 minutes for him to hang up on me. He then said he needed to put me on hold again. They have just lost a long time customer. Never again will I order from this place.
We dine here quite often and have neverexperienced such horrible service as we did today. I was asked how everything was by an individual who didn’t wait on us and I said, “the food was good but the service was not”. He proceeds to through the bill on the table and walk away. Upon check out I asked if a manager was working. There was not. I asked what the two individuals names were and the polite employee gave me their names. I paid my bill and walked out of the restaurant. The rude waitress overheard me asking for names and actually opened the side door and yelled at me to never come back. I’ll consider revising this review if I have the opportunity to explain further details to management.
Never have I ever been to a sushi restaurant where one I waited for 30 minutes for a table and then when I was sat, the track was completely empty and when I mean empty it was completely empty. The workers behind the bar making sushi were focused on delivery orders as I ordered something and had to wait again over 15 minutes. Once it still wasn’t made, I left. There’s no reason that a sushi track should have a track going with nothing on it. The workers were not producing any sushi for the actual customers inside of the store. It’s really incredible how horrible this place is run, theres clearly no management
It was a dismal failure. They were more concerned with online orders than the diners in the restaurant. Hour + later, little after 8pm, we decided to leave, eating off the line. The choices were limited. There were feet if empty space, then a plate or two of sushi. When asked why there was no food, the answer we received was they were closed. Their signage clearly states open till 9pm.
My wife and I are real fans of Sushi! This incredible restaurant is no exception. One of the fun things to try is the track. You get to watch and wait for your favorites to make their way around before pulling them off to share with each other. It's also a great way to find new dishes you haven't tried yet. Fresh, quick, tasty, and great staff. You can't beat it.
If you're looking for good sushi on a conveyor belt this is a good spot. This place is on my personal favorite list for go to restaurants when I'm in the area & I'm kinda picky.
Staff was friendly but a bit overwhelmed. Some of the sushi was really old on the conveyor belt (avocado had gone brown), there wasn't that much variety, and the lids felt unwashed. Good miso. Overall, food filled me up, but they can do better.
