Ordered from Grubhub. Noodles and co didn’t put one of the meals in the bag. Drove to the store (which makes the delivery convenience and delivery fees all for nothing) asked for them to make my meal and make up the lost time and delivery money to me. They made my meal and told me there was nothing else they could do. A simple gift card would have been fine but they refused. Noodles and co not Grubhub, messed up the order causing me to lose money for delivery fees and time I had to take to go in myself and would offer nothing to remedy the situation. Poor service, poor management. The food isn’t very good as well. Shame.
The Zucchini Shrimp Scampi dish was one of the saltiest dishes I have in years, I would guess that has the amount of Sodium for 2 days. High blood pressure people have to stay away. Is listed to have up to 2000mg of Sodium (average recommended is 2300mg/day), I would say the dish had around 3000mg.
1st time here. Nor really impressed. Ordered mac n cheese...paid for extra cheese. NOT very cheesy. I would have expected my ingredients and sauce to be an all in one (all mixed together), but was very disappointed to find very minimal effort as it was just a basic bowl with everything I wanted (in the dish) sprinkled on top. Not a good 1st experience, and definitely not enough to make me come back ☹️Update.. after reviewing, and then looking at all the reviews, I would like to add that the "owner" is very sporadic with responses, they are all auto generated, and it seems by the time table of reviews, that NOTHING is improving. Very sad that 80% of reviews are 3 stars or below, and the same issues keep coming up.
Noodles and company… you have made 2 mistakes recently. 1. You took away garlic bread… and put Korean meatballs in their place. 2… you ARE NO LONGER COOKING POTSTICKERS ON A GRILL… steaming them is terrible. Please switch back!!!! That is all…
Food was not heated all the way. I got the creamy garlic 3 cheese tortellini and Wisconsin Mac and cheese.. Not much sauce in either dishes.
Used to love this place, now everything is bland and the noodles are dry. Even my husband made a comment on the decline recently. I'm sure it has a lot to do with the pandemic and staffing, but it was declining for a year or so before then.
There food really good come and try it.. I work there only four days some of the bosses are rude they said really friendly when I started but sometimes it's not the truth
It was ok. Did was warm, not hot. Got a Mac n cheese bowl, cheese wasn't melted¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I thought the chicken was a little light with my $13 chicken and noodles. But instead of extra chicken I got a nice side of cardboard included
