The amount of times I come here is absolutely ridiculous. I LOVE the food, the people are super sweet, and I always get my food in about 10-15 minutes. Very fast! My go-to dishes are the kung pao chicken chow mein and the mongolian beef chow mein. I also usually order the bubble tea and it's perfect.If you don't like spicy, I would suggest to go for mild.
Oh. My. God. This restaurant is FANTASTIC. Delicious food, awesome portions, friendly staff. The chef came out to check on her noodles and make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. We left with huge smiles and talking about how soon we can come back. Get your butt to Noodle Man. Best restaurant in this community, seriously.
Had the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup but made it spicy. Service was very fast, receiving food probably less than 5 minutes after ordering. Very attentive staff. Noodle soup was delicious, although not the biggest fan of the tomato. To have bok choy as the replacement to the tomato would have been perfect.
If you dig hot, zesty, flavorful, and colorful noodle soups, then just try it. Slurpable noodles coated in rich, slippery, perfectly salty both with a steamy aroma of herbs and spices filling up your nostrils. I only wish I could fit more in my belly right now. Plus, soup dumplings. Am I right?!
Got the spicy dumplings and chicken and broccoli noodles. Was a really good price for the quality and quantity of food. Spicy was not even spicy enough for me and I usually get medium spice at Thai places. But both items had awesome flavor.

This place is a gem! Friendly staff, speedy service and excellent food that reminds me of living in Hong Kong. The noodle soups are absolutely delicious and incredibly flavorful - I look forward to visiting every time I am in town.
The beef soup and spicy pork dumplings are incredible! The whole family enjoys eating here. They have a window into the kitchen so you can see the noodles being stretched by hand. Very unique experience. We highly recommend
