Every single time I come here I'm reminded of why I go out 4 miles out of my way to go to the other McDonald's on 224. Good job screwing me out of 2 mcnuggets for my child and giving her no dipping sauce. We ordered a single happy meal and you couldn't even manage that. AGAIN. When you weren't even busy. Congratulations, you are literally the worst McDonald's which is like coming in last place at the loser fair.

Ordered food through Uber eats. They gave me the wrong order and would not replace it. Even though it came from their restaurant. Crew members need to learn to pay more attention. They should just remove Uber Eats & Door Dash all together. People have to pay extra money just to have the food delivered. Just for it to be wrong. I’d just replace what they paid for. Never again!

I was the only person in the drive thru and I ordered two quarter pounders. They made me pull forward and wait for about 5 minutes for two stinking quarter pounders!!!! They took care of about 5 or 6 other drivers while I waited.Totally unacceptable. I hope more people will complain to get their management to do something about the very poor service.

IM SHOCKED!!!! HORRIBLE. Okay, I hate to be the one who writes negative feedbacks, but this location need it. I strongly advise you to avoid this place because everyone there is just playing with the customers, has no idea how to provide service, and thinks they own the place. I don't know their names, but they didn't complete my order or refund my money. I ordered my food and asked it to be “well done”and they just lied to my face, saying that I did not ask for well done after my repeated requests. I asked if they could remake it and they started yelling at me that they wouldn't remake it or refund the money “take it or leave”. When I refused to leave the drive-through without getting my money back, they yelled at me to "get out of here and don't trespass." Like wth?? How am I trespassing?? If you see it this way you’re the one stealing my money?? It's fine if you don't want to give me the food, but why won't you give me my money back??? I still haven't gotten my money, but I'm going back tonight to get it. Please do not visit this location. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. I have their yelling videos which I can’t upload on here unfortunately but this is not acceptable.

staff is the most rude workers i have ever come across. i have been a service worker myself and understand the stress you can be under. but the workers on 4/28/22 at about 2:30pm tried to tell me i did not pay for my order and refused to give it to me. i was in the drive thru and had two separate orders. they would not let us talk to the other worker who took our money. i asked if i could i have my money back or my food and they refused for about 5 min. finally, they threw our food out the window at us and slammed the window. i am honestly shocked

Apparently my moblie order never showed up on their screen. I would believe them but I was waiting there for about 45 mins while all the other unhappy customers were waiting to get their food or to get their inaccurate orders fixed.When I was finally able to talk to the the lady upfront, she told me my order didn't show up on any of their screens and I told her I have the moble receipt with the date and time and that I had already paid for the food. She said sorry we cant help you. She didn't even bother looking at my receipt as I held it up to her. I asked for a refund and she said I can't help you with that, do it on the app. The app has no option for a refund.So not only is this Mcdonald's mismanaged and unorganized, they are also dishonest. Pathetic

It's a very clean high volume mc D's ,and they are not the friendliest and they served .e cold nuggets and didn't want to replace them and were rude costumer service when I asked to give fresh nuggets

Every time I order here they forget at least one item. Missing burger and all the sauces for the nuggets. The owner never calls back when you want to address an issue. When you pay inflated prices, just try give the customer the bare minimum.

I really enjoy the McDonald's on 82nd I go in the mornings and there is a manager named Tiffany she's really really super sweet and nice she takes care of any problems that we have she's a keeper thank you. But there's one girl that isn't so sweet I can't remember her name but I did talk to someone and she was suspending once she's not a very nice person she's not very nice to the manager Tiffany that I noticed and that's not cool as a customer I don't think you should have that girl in there Tiffany is a good girl thank you for listening

Employee in this joint are getting younger and less patience. I was trying to order and this kid seems in a hurry and i was not done with my order, he keeps asking me anything else and i said wait. So i continue and I'm still trying to figure out what to get my kids, he ask again are you done? I told him can you wait please. I just hope the management of McDonald's should train their new employee with patience and virtue. I do not recommend this place and stay away from it.
