Honestly I don't expect much from mcdonalds I really don't. But this one blows me away with how the employees act. Iv done curb side pick up a couple times and waited over a hour each time when they weren't busy. I was just there tonight and was told it would be a hour and a half wait for drive threw because someone made a "$200 order" I told them it was fine and I could wait.... there was no $200 order ahead of me, it took 15 minutes after i ordered to get my food, they just didn't want to make food or deal with anyone, thats fairly normal for this mcdonalds but the manner that they spoke to me was very off-putting and rude. Half the time it's just kids working there goofing around.
This review is specifically for the night staff. Went around 130 am and received some of the best quality food I have had at this location and my Big Mac was one of the best I've had in a long time. Good job!
Okay so it took them three tries to finally get my order right and I spent most of my lunch break here but when I actually got the food was delicious and she ended up making all the changes without charging me extra
02/26/2022 me and my kids was waiting in line to order, their was a few cars a head of us which is no problem. Then we start to order and the cashier ask( what do you want) no thank you or welcome to McDonald’s nothing! So I brush it off until we were getting our food and the cashier forgot chocolate milk for my kid. So I ask the Asian cashier, sorry but he forgot the chocolate milk, can I get one please. Rude and untrained or no experience in customer services. He said, what? One dollar.. nothing after that.. you hire young, untrained, high school kids, hangout all night because they all look tired, to run this McDonald’s to the ground. Every time I come here because I live in the area, always customers services but someone hire untrained high school kids to manager this store to the dump.
The lady who took our order not to long ago was very rude we asked her 2 questions and she seemed annoyed when we asked. She also didn’t want to make us any chicken sandwich’s because breakfast was going to start in 10 minutes. When we pulls up to the window she threw my order at me and closed the window. I get that it’s early but there aaa no need to be disrespectful to a customer.
Third time going to this location and they always forget putting food that is paid for. Spent $38 on dinner for my kids and me. But the employees their forget to complete any order properly.
Drive through due to dining room closed. Which is ok. However I asked for hamburger no onions, and got cheeseburger no cheese, although the order did show no onions. Disappointing. Difficult to go back when it is drive through.
Waited in drive thru for 15 mins, then was charged a price not on the menu. When the gentleman asked higher ups for help, skinny white guy woth glasses had attitude cause he couldn't figure it out either. Odd experience, seemed like I was ordering from and over engaged frat party.

Very worst McDonald’s you can choose.I live right up the street but will never eat here again .very poor management and if something is wrong she just tells you there’s nothing she can do about it and laughs in your face .How she is manager is mind blowing but that is besides the point .I have never been treated so poorly in customer service in my entire life .I strongly encourage you to take the extra time and choose a different McDonald’s .
