Went in on Fathers Day around 2pm and we were able to be seated immediately. Had chips and salsa. The service was prompt and friendly. Nice atmosphere and ambient music in background. Food was excellent. I had enchilada Del Mar and gave the strawberry perfect margarita a whirl. Tasted really too sweet and lack of tequila. The Guacamole was a hit and well worth the $ paid. We’ll be back here.

Carlos went above and beyond. Good service all around, we shall be back again!

Walked in for a margarita and a couple of tacos. I sat at the bar where there were two employees and more than a few dirty dishes. They made no eye contact when I came in, and I got no greeting when I sat down. I read the drink menu, and looked around for a food menu but saw none.I gave it a couple of minutes, then bailed, still unacknowledged, and I'm sitting here writing this down the street at Victoricos, where there's no Margarita but at least I got service fast.Maybe I'll come back but maybe not when I'm starving...

Had a short wait on a Monday evening but they will text you. Drinks are amazing. Loved the guacamole as well. And free chips and salsa is always a hit

The place is bigger than it looks from the outside. The interior is well decorated. We ordered some snacks to share while waiting for others to meet up at our next location. The service was pretty good. The steak tacos were decent.

Good works deserves good recommendation, I appreciate the effort of Mrs. Sandra Billy for helping me managed my trading account. I’ve never been here without there being about a half hour wait, but this restaurant is worth waiting for! Maybe during the week it’s less busy, but I’d say be prepared to hang out front or in your vehicle on a Saturday night. Again, worth the wait! This is unlike any other Mexican restaurant that I’ve been to locally in terms of atmosphere. It has a swanky feel throughout, from the decor to the well-dressed staff. I love the neon lights, crystal chandeliers, and attention to detail. Whoever designed this place did a fantastic job. The full bar has many innovative drinks, served in all kinds of fun and surprising ways. Even though it’s called Margarita Factory, there are a lot more cocktails than just margaritas. The menu very clearly identifies which dishes are gluten free, much appreciated! There are a lot of gluten free options, more than most Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. It may seem a little spendy, but when your food arrives and you are shocked by the huge portions and attractive presentation, you’ll see that it’s all reasonably priced. No lack of flavor here. Everything I’ve tried here has had distinct flavors, full of spices that enhance the flavors of the protein rather than overpower them. If you’re really hungry, try the Tres Compadres. It’s also the perfect size for sharing. The only thing that I would say is less than perfect is the size of the tables. For a family of four, the table was really small. We made it work though. Also, I’d love to see a gluten free dessert on the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant. Perfect for a date night or family night.

We come here a couple of times a month and the best service we have ever gotten was from Misty . She took the time to make sure everything was perfect. She asked questions !! No one does that here , its like a factory pumping out food. She makes it personal. Thank you , Misty !!

The customer service is not very communicative. Long wait for the food which I understand but I feel we could have been communicated this and we weren’t. Also we didn’t have silverware for a good time after our food was served and I feel like someone could notice and let someone know to bring the silverware and that communication obviously isn’t skilled here. I was disappointed in the seafood chimichanga at this location it wasn’t very tasteful and it was overcooked. I like the margarita factory in Beaverton Oregon much better. 3 star review for this location.
