If I could I would rate it -5 stars but I can't I sat there for 20 minutes while my pizza was just sitting on the table and they charged me for another Pizza when I only got one McDonald's would have been way better than here
Went in for a hot and ready pizza. Terrible customer service. Nobody was at counter. Waited at least 10 minutes and just left with no pizza. Went to pizza hut.
I’m curious if the owner is aware that teenage girls run this store the way they want and doesn’t care, or if he really doesn’t know what’s going on. Called the phone for like 30 mins straight starting at 7:30pm…. busy tone every time. Then I say.. “ fine I’ll try to place a pick up order on their website” and it’s 7:55pm (they close at 9pm) and I get an error message saying “this store is not taking any more online orders at this time”. I wonder… are their hours on Google wrong? Maybe they closed at 8. I’ll just drive up there and check I guess since the phone is clearly off the hook so no one can call. What do you know.. they’re open and open until 9pm. Then, the girl at the register is telling everyone “sorry we’re only serving pepperoni classics. No stuffed crust or any other toppings because we closed our top oven”. Not that they ran out of crust or food… they just closed their top oven and it’s 50 mins before they close. There were only two teenage girls there or young girls if they’re not teenagers and I didn’t see a manager. What type of restaurant shuts off the phones, shut down online orders, and shuts down a crucial oven almost an hour before they close? Again, either the owner is aware of this and doesn’t care, or, is simply not aware (still owners fault) that these young girls want to clock out right at 9pm instead of doing the right thing which is closing everything at 9pm so then they get out at 10pm which I’m sure their job description describes. I’ve worked in the food industry and restaurants so I know how it is when young kids who want to go out and party or just go home try to close out early instead of doing the right thing which makes it a bad experience for the customer and makes the business look bad. Unfortunate, and obviously bad leadership here and it shows in the food.
They don't even deserve a one star. Was on phone for over 35 mins. Finally went in asked why they didn't get back to the phone. They got mad and wanted to 86th me. This is not the first time I've been on hold with them for over 30 mins. Don't know if I want to come back to this store again.
Well there customer service isn't bad but there pizza isn't nothing to shake a stick at unless you like lots of greasy pepperoni on your pizza I had to take paper towels to lay over the top when I got home to soak up all the oil and grease from the poor quality pepperoni that they use I would recommend a 7/11 pizza over little Caesars pizza and it's a $1.00 cheaper and 15 minutes quicker
Pretty good pizza and even better bread sticks/ cheesy bread for being a fast food pizza joint. You'd think buying their already made pizzas in the warmer for $5 would taste not so good something kind of like 711s pizza (gross) but actually little Caesar's food is pretty dang good. And the employees can be pretty awesome too because a lot of nights if you are homeless and hungry and go in there right before closing time and ask them nicely if they have anything that is going to be thrown away that you could have they usually end up sending you out with a fresh made hot pizza as well as bread sticks and cheesy bread and some times even will throw in some chicken wings lol I love places that do that kind of thing versus throwing perfectly good food in the garbage can like most places do at the end of every night. Such a waste. When there are literally starting people out there.
I put in my order online and got the confirmation that it was ready so we got there to pick it up.. my husband walks in and gives the girl my name for the order and she gave him a look like he was wrong so he said either mine or his name and she came back saying there was no order under him so he AGAIN gives her my name which I put it under and she says she has stuff she needed to do in the back and leaves him just standing there for 15 minutes then grabs it and gives it to him. Meaning my pizza was just sitting there while she did whatever else she wanted. The customer service here is ridiculous.
Love this pizza place. Cheaper and pretty darn good for the price.
Workers lied about not having chicken wings! Said their always out!! Not when I've gotten them before. But after I checked out she proceeded to go play in the Dotty's. Like what???
