The burgers were as expected. The fries were okay. Parking is a bit tight at this location, but not impossible. The person taking orders was a bit gruff towards several other customers, while we were there, which was surprising. They didn't seem to be doing anything wrong, the gal was just snappy at them while they were ordering.
If you want a burger in less than ten minutes, go to McDonald's. Killer burgers are made fresh to order. No heat lamps or microwaves. And if you want a good experience, eat at the restaurant. Don't order from a third party delivery service. I've seen several drivers order for themselves and wait for their food while yours gets cold. They will blatantly lie to customers saying that food isn't ready when it is indeed ready. It's not just killer burger either. I've seen drivers do that other places I go as well. Anyway, my all time fave burger is the Red Molly. You have to try it! It's like a Philly steak on a burger. So delicious!
Came here for lunch. It is nearly the same temperature inside as it is outside currently, 40 degrees. Everyone in here has their jackets on with hood and this is an indoor restaurant. There is a giant ridiculous tree inside the restaurant that you have to duck your head around when walking to your table. It took 25 minutes to get my food and I ordered a simple burger. This store needs to visit other locations to see how to properly run a Killer Burger. Will most likely not return and I do not recommend this location. Maybe they could have used the money for the tree on a heater instead.

The peanut butter pickle bacon burger was the best burger I've ever had. Definitely coming back here when I visit Oregon again.

If you're ordering food through Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub etc at this restaurant at this particular location they like to make delivery drivers wait in the line that customers are ordering their food in while your food sits there and gets cold on the counter. I will never do another delivery for this restaurant again. Seriously whatever jackass told me to go get in line and wait instead of just turning around and grabbing the order that was behind them ready to go just cost you guys a delivery driver and most likely some customers after they read this review. The whole point in ordering your food through the platforms is so people avoid situations like that lines etc you guys need to get with the program other restaurants have it down way better than you. By the way delivery drivers that work for these platforms get paid by the trip and not by the hour you should remind your staff that
Best freakin burger this side of the Mississippi.
I'm fairly new to Killer Burger and happy to say they're a new favorite of mine! The burgers are indeed killer good, the fries rock and staff are always fun. Order ahead for quick pick-up (curbside or at counter), or enjoy the dining room... and they have several interesting sauces to try, too.
