Placed an order for an 11am pickup, supposed to be open at 10, nothing too crazy but still about $90 order. I placed the order yesterday. They straight up just didn't come to work today apparently. It's my wedding day and I was trying to feed everyone helping set up this morning. It left us scrambling for an alternative on an already logistically challenging day.Absolutely unacceptable. I'll deal with getting my money back later, including the 25% tip I left when placing the order in the first place. Terrible.
Restaurant was closed at 830pm when posted hours were until 9pm. When approached, employee shrugged and then turned off the lights and went to hide in the back.

I am literally outside it right now its 8:30 pm on Monday sep 27th I placed an order online and they called me immediately saying that thier delivery driver has car trouble. My wife asked if they would just make it and we come get it they said no and hung up. I drove over to just make an order in person and at 830 when your close time is 9pm I see 3 employees making sandwiches with the doors locked and are sitting at the tables family style. I and a Sous Chef at a fine dinning restaurant downtown Portland I get the end off the night itch. This is unacceptable. One is a Hispanic smaller guy about average height with a puffy dark blue coat, another is a white person with bleach blond hair, and the third I can see is a heavy set black man with glasses. Clearly need to do some re-training.
There smoking their vape pens and dancing on countertops before closing. Especially not wearing masks and the girl Hanna who works there smelled of alcohol and everyone is on their phones this is so unacceptable, I will be taking this up with corporate if they don't hire new people I've been a long customer there for long and to see how decline its gotten it's horrible
Food was made quickly, don't usually dine in and now I know why, employees were talking behind the counter about sick days and that vomiting is considered a sick day.
