This location used to be better but the quality and consistency have drastically declined. Lately our orders are wrong or completely forgotten, so they have to make our order from scratch when we arrive to pick it up. A lot of folks who work there are just standing around looking clueless. This latest time I went, the bacon in my sandwich was pretty much completely raw and I got very ill after eating it. I am not sure what happened at this location but I hope they get their act together again.

I work 5 min away and eat lunch at this location all the time. Great food, great service. How do I know? I forgot my wallet one day and instead of driving back to my work and grabbing it they just gave me my lunch no cost. Wow!!! Thankyou so much. 5 star business for sure.
Ordered online awhile ago and when I picked up my order I realized once I got home that all of my order was made incorrectly. Called the store, explained what happened and was mailed free sandwich coupons. Used one of the coupons on 11/8 without a problem. Came back 11/9 and was told the coupons weren’t valid. The “assistant” manager stated that I would have to pay for my order. She then tried to confiscate the coupons as if I spent time forging/printing them off at home. The coupons are also valid for numerous locations so I’m confused as to why she chose not to accept the coupon and make me pay. Very annoyed that I spent my money after being given the coupons due to this locations mistakes.
That’s a location is awesome! They always welcome me with smiling faces and great attitudes! I always feel so welcome and taken care of!

I don't know why I continue to order from here occasionally, because they never get the order correct. It's normal for places to occasionally make a mistake, but this level of consistency should be addressed by management. Literally every time I order multiple components of the sandwiches are incorrect and mixed up. The other Jersey Mikes down Sunnyside doesn't have this problem.
6 people working, 1 guy making cold sandwiches, 1 guy making Hot sandwiches and 4 people standing around. No communication, Very poorly made sandwiches, Wouldn't recommend nor will I be going back to this location.
Sandwich maker was INCREDIBLY rude and refused to make our sandwiches correctly then tried ringing up a bunch of things we didn't order then acted like he didn't understand our order. Pathetic to say the least however we get great service at all other Jersey Mike's in the valley.
I've never experienced what these people rating with 1 star are experiencing. They've always been super nice, quick, always got my order right, no matter how complicated it is that day. It's also a plus having all cute guys working there lol
