Coffee is coffee is coffee, but what sets Dutch Bros above the other chains is:???CUSTOMER SERVICE ???They offer a wide variety of interesting and yummy proprietary concoctions and standard espresso hot, cold, and blended drinks. All good. But their customer service model is what keeps me seeking them out and returning. Here's what I'm talkin' 'bout...THE OTHER GUYS: Wait in a drive-thru to yell into an order box, then wait some more behind the ten cars in front of you, then pay and wait some more at the window.DUTCH BROS: Pull in to the drive-thru and one or two real people carrying tablets and card swipers (sometimes wearing AWESOME rain tent backpacks!) walk up to your car window, take your order, swipe your card, and the line moves forward at a pace you wouldn't think possible for the sheer volume of traffic pushing through. GENIUS!So, do not be afraid of long lines at Dutch Bros! You'll spend more time deciding what you want to order than you will waiting to get it into your coffee-greedy hands!
Emailed Dutch bros corp. Haven't got anything back on this specific location. This location makes it very hard for people who LIVE HERE to get to their homes. Lines are constantly out in the middle of the road impeding traffic there is a huge lot why not make your drive thru wrap around it or move it back so the people who live here can go home without getting into an accident. Nobody in this neighborhood supports this location and everyone I know is tired of the traffic jam that Dutch won't care for.
Never a complaint with this location!! Always friendly and my drinks are just perfectly made every time and I love it!.
always great staff and experience but expect super sweet when you go unless you ask them to cut the sweet to your preference which they totally will. They also have a secret menu online and all the barista's can make all the drinks from any menu as well as custom drinks perfect coffee place
Great bunch of folks work here & beverages always yummy. My only complaint: wrap around line frequently blocks traffic, on both the main and side roads... still worth it though!
It's not often that I see something as selfless as I saw today at this Dutch Bros! I was grabbing my coffee and right before I did, the lady that was helping me (I wish I would have asked for her name, but I didn't) called out to a man that was holding a sign and gave him all of her tips! What a selfless act. They were busy with everyone's orders, and then they turn around and give someone who needed it their hard-earned tips. I tried to give her a tip after I got my drink, and she told me "Don't give it to me, give it to that man! He needs it more than I do!" I am BLOWN AWAY. What an amazing lady! There are more than a few coffee shops around me, but I will definitely be coming back here more often. Thank you for doing an amazing job of serving others!
Dutch Bros coffee. The love child of Black Rock and Starbucks. I gotta say, there coffee is smooth and well made. I've moved away from the others recently because I prefer the taste of my coffee. I'm not particularly fond of coffee flavored syrup which seems like the direction the others have moved in..
This is one busy shop! Nevertheless, I was greeted with warm smiles and delicious banter on top of my creamy dreamy breve. Dutch love ❤️
Sugar Cookie or Birthday Cake Frost! Whoever created these delightful beverages should be given an award! The staff is always nice, and at this point remember our orders too (not a necessity, but a really nice feeling). Prices are better than the other place (you know the one on every corner, in every grocery store), and the quality is even better still.
I went there three times with my girlfriend while visiting the area. Both times I went, they asked for a tip before making my drinks, then gave me drinks with mistakes that I had to get corrected.I don't appreciate this practice, because I am bullied into it. Despite tipping in a drive-through being the exception, not the rule, they ask me out loud if I'd like to tip, and despite showing me a touch screen, they want me to say my tip amount out loud so that they can press the button. This is before they make my drink, so I have to worry about them making my drink according to how much I tipped.Curiously, when my girlfriend went alone, they didn't ask her if she wanted to tip. It gives me the impression that they are intentionally trying to shame me into giving extra money by making me look cheap in front of my party.
