Good service and great food, had a party of 10 and enjoyed being able to hangout at the table while others could go play games and come back to snack and go back out.
So there was no AC on a 95 degree day, no fryer machine so I could not order chicken wings, the drink was mediocre, Long is ice teas are supposed to be strong I donât know who made that, the games where okay but it was my first and last trip to D&B.
Great service!!!! Everyone friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to come back.
No recommendations for dining, the service is sparse and not too helpful right off the bat. There is a lot going on there so maybe the service people are just distracted like everyone else. I would definitely and already have recommend this place to friends for the gaming side and the prize room too!!
Perhaps there was a lack of kitchen staff. Food was taking a long time. Plus the taste was not that impressive. I didn't even finish my sandwich because it was so salty.
I know things are slow since the pandemic and itâs a Dave and busters so you donât expect top notch food, but when you wait over an hour for even to be asked if you want drinks, and see servers just grouped together talking, itâs kind of annoying. Not worth the wait for food. Easier to go to the bar and get a drink, donât order food not worth it.
The wait time for food was absolutely the worst Iâve ever experienced. It took over an hour and a half to get to us. Besides this issue everything else was pretty much up to par.
We never experienced eating there due to the long wait to even get a table that there was when we went there, so we mainly went to the arcade.The place looks pretty cool and has a variety of games including some 3 d experiences. My son likes the clawing machine games (they have 2, one is big and one is small ) but most the surprises are not great besides some balls.During the weekend there are so many people that we had to line up to be able to play , it really was not an enjoyable experience and the kids got frustrated to wait. The thing that bothers me (besides how busy it gets )is always the air: the temperature is too warm and it's like if the air doesn't circulate well enough, you can almost smell swet of people and at the end it gave me a sore throat.
Our waitress Alyssa was amazing. She made the whole experience for my kiddos Birthday just great! Really appreciate her kindness and patience with our big group
We celebrated my sonâs birthday with family and friends. Our server was fantastic and so sweet. The menu seemed smaller than last time, it seemed a little pricey for the items offered, it was very hot on the game side as far as temperature goes, seemed to be several games that were broken or ate tokens and one of our meals the kitchen forgot and so my niece had to rush and eat while we all had already finished our meals, besides that it was a good time and I love the new app. The manager was running around helping, engaging with guests and very nice.
