I will never return to this Chipotle again. I bit into my burrito and felt something foreign against my lips. I opened my burrito to inspect and found a 1” x 3” piece of thick plastic. This was not something that accidentally happened for instance when a bag of lettuce was opened. It was the backing to and in the shape one of those fake mustache. When I called to let them know I was initially apologized to and told by the manager that I could receive a free item next time I came in. Making someone’s food incorrectly and screwing around and contaminating someone’s food while preparing it is completely different. I explained the reason why I was calling in was so they can check to make sure there weren’t other foreign objects in the food. This is highly unacceptable and when I told the MOD that I had sent a message to his corporate offices, through the messenger app, and would wait to hear back from them he told me “Have fun with that!” and hung up on me. Really unprofessional and very poorly handled.

The food was good and hot. The service was fast and great. The cashier was friendly and polite. The place needed a round of cleanup so bad, napkins and food just everywhere. The kitchen from our view point was an absolute disaster. Why put a clean cutting board on a filthy food filled counter? Yes, I've worked in the kitchen... Clean your base guys. The selection of tea and lemonade is wonderful. Love the outdoor seating.

One of my favorite go-to healthy food that's always consistent and decently priced. This time I got the new chicken and added steak burrito bowl, got so much meat I could barely finish. Great option for low carb/keto lifestyles, I just skip the rice and beans and double meat and boom its a good tasting and very filling meal.

Normally I have zero issues with this location, I've worked in the promenade for 4 years and have visited quite often. I now, in 2 weeks have had negative experiences here. No signage saying online orders only was posted so a large group of us waiting outside for them to open (late at 12:00) were turned away after standing out there past their posted adjusted hours. This time I ordered online in preparation for that, and waited an extra 15 mins past my chosen and expected pickup time. I watched as 3 employees helped multiple people who walked in get their food, and watched as one made 4 pickup orders before mine was made and placed on the pickup rack...my receipt showed my "promised pickup" was 2:30 and I walked out at 2:45 with my meal. Very upset with the time of pickup. Be prepared to wait longer than your initial pickup time, and also be prepared for them to not have some items or CARD ONLY upon paying.

This location repeatedly messed up pickup orders. 3rd time in a row my burrito bowl is missing a topping or has an added topping I didn’t ask for. Chips are always stale . Will not be returning .

What a great fast healthy meal. You get a very large portion of really bright healthy food. Very fast 3 employees helped as you move down the line . Friendly staff.

This Chipotle has gone really downhill. The bowls are always small compared to other Chipotle locations. We now go out of our way to order from a different location even though this one is the closest.

I live in the neighborhood ?... And my suggestion is any other Chipotle than this one. Mainly for the reason over the past year they're critically understaffed to perform the basic service of what they should provide. Case in point over the last year every time has only been a takeout order online allowed where minimal staffing is working under too much stress. The food is very unorganized put together too fast and always not up to any kind of quality you expect from another Chipotle establishment. Often the order is wrong portion size is very small and they forget big things like a whole meal out of a $30 order so like tonight I had to go all the way back to have a kids quesadilla meal replace which then I got question about for their mistake and only left with the quesadilla in question not the whole $8 meal. I really only blame the overseeing manager for this kind of situation if you can't properly provide the service that the community needs and your reputation is just getting worst. The customers are consistently going to be mad at your staff for the the quality and services you should be providing. It shouldn't be subpar and you should have put that kind of stress on your employees you shouldn't be open for business until you can adequately provide the correct services that required by your community. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels like this as I saw a customer livid after waiting an hour for his food tonight and pretty much yelled at employee they saying the same thing and then walked off without any kind of resolution except the help ticket from the online service there was a manager there but didn't really seem like one. Staff amount was (3) with up to 20 people waiting. Go to five guys they seem to have more employees or even Taco Bell up the road where they're paying $17.75 an hour to properly staff.

Today we planned on having a family lunch at Chipotle we placed an online order (LC1-DA1) only to find out when we arrived the restaurant was closed because they had no food given the supply chain issues, we're all aware of we understood we spoke with a very nice young gentleman at the restaurant who assured us that we can get a refund. We contacted customer service at Chipotle to request a refund for the meal that we did not receive. They told us that since we paid with a gift card, they could not issue a refund but instead they could give us five free entrees to use one at a time on five separate visits within 30 days I told them that the idea of having a gift card was to cover the cost of an entire family meal at one time and this resolution would not work for me I am still waiting to be contacted with an appropriate resolution. Like sending me a replacement gift card.

Horrible customer service. I had placed an order online to pick up however when I got there I saw that the doors were closed and there were workers inside. The workers completely ignored all the people waiting outside. I paid for the food online but never got it. Horrible service and will never go there ever again. I double checked with the hours on google and the chipotle app and they both said open however the workers never came to open the door for the customers or even drop off the placed orders outside. Horrible experience and what's worse is when I called the location no one picked up. I am upset that I never got the food that I paid for. This happened on 12/06/2021.
