Let’s just say I won’t be going back nor will I recommend this location to anyone! Horrible dining experience at this location. It’s always dirty and the trash cans are always over flowing. I went there without knowing that their chips were ONLY be sold to online orders. I tried to order online and the app wouldn’t work. The cashier was sooooo rude to me even after I told her that their app was not working and I really wanted chips and she didn’t sell them to me. If you’re not going to sell chips to you’re walk-in customers don’t sell them to online either!!!!
Great Food. Minus two stars because store did not open on correct time and employees walked past us waiting outside. It would be nice to have a heads up or notice of how much longer we have to wait. Added extra star for the great service.
If i could give this place no star I would. Very rude workers. half of them have no personality or customer service. My $55.00 order was messed up not one item but every single one. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone to have it replaced that night so we were out of dinner and had to spend more money somewhere else. they also were out of queso cheese but still charged me for it. I eventually two days later got a email saying they would give me two free entrées! two free entrées is not even close to making it right. This is the second time they have messed up. we will not be supporting this bussiness anymore. Get it together people ur job is not hard!
I love the food,and customer service are great too, everything is clean only problem is the music is too loud you can’t heard when is time to order, l absolutely l recommend this place, and l am going again.
Absolutely a horrible location, every time I’ve been there in the last year they’ve screwed up my order. Either by messing up the ingredients, or even forgetting to make my order. No harm no foul when you can admit and fix your mistakes, but they add insult to injury by arguing with me when I ask my order be made right.
Food is good. But man do they rush putting your order together. They just slap everything on top of each item where it's just one big pile. Not even trying to spread it out. It wasn't even that busy. Does it hurt to layer out the meat, veggies, and sour cream?
This was an outstanding treat for me I have never been here before and we thought we'd try this for New Year's Eve dinner was I surprised service was great. Food was unbelievably good can't wait to go back
Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever. I love chipotle but these employees treated me and my friends like compete garbage. Gave almost no rice or anything else as seen in the photo. Blonde girl, one with piercings, and short one gave so much attitude to my friends who were extremely respectful just trying to get food. They were blatantly rude, and didn’t want to even help us. They closed the dining area just because they saw a larger group of us all dressed up. Everything about these people was evil, and it’s like they wanted us out when we walked in. Dry food, tiny portions, and extremely disrespectful (coming from someone who doesn’t usually care). The guy at the checkout asked my friend why she needed 4 forks for the 4 bowls, and then proceeded to ask if they were all for her. They kicked out some kids apart of our group because they didn’t have masks and refused to give any (the law does not permit to kick people without masks if they don’t have any to provide). I can keep going but what’s the point. Horrible place and employees . Never coming back. - every single one of us were respectful and never even talked back about the masks or any other comments they had. That is all, God bless and merry Christmas.
The food and the service are amazing and the restaurant has a very nice view.
Great place for a quick bite that tastes much better than the price would indicate. Chipotle uses only best ingredients and this location is no exception. I tried the new brisket, it was pretty fantastic for a fast casual restaurant. I am very particular about my BBQ and this didn't disappoint.
