I got a different flavor than what I ordered and for some reason my drink tastes like onion. I don’t know how that happened but even my boyfriend agreed it tastes like onion. His espresso was good though.
Their caramel Blondie is killing all coffee shops caramel blended drinks! Hands down the best out there!!!
Mocha was cold , wrong flavoring asked for soy milk was given regular milk.
Good coffee never a bad cup. Very good customer service always with a smile.

Slowest black rock I have ever been too . Lines backed up both sides . Maybe staffing issues but the ones up front where not on the ball like other black rocks I venture too

My daughter bought an iced coffee at this location that had broken glass in it she took it back and they didn't even investigate WHY there would be broken glass in someone's coffee.
