Have been coming here with friends for a while now, they can get pretty busy, but despite that, you get your food in a timely manner! I always love the portions for the price and how filling it is. Everyone is always so sweet and will talk to you about your day and just little events. Always a nice place to go for a quick brunch moment :) The new manager is very kind and was a pleasure to talk to!

I came to Oregon to visit my long lost high school sweetheart! While I was there I stopped in and had breakfast my Waitress name was Laralee she was very up beat and energetic! She served me and kept a smile on my face and laughing! Biscuits it a good place with Great people! I will definitely be going back there my next trip to Oregon!

My spouse and I come into this location regularly because it’s close to our work. Normally it’s great food and decent service. Today was different, we waited to be sat when there was plenty of open seats. We finally were sat by a host (Dalton) and then he took our drink order. Except we waited 20 minutes for two coffees and two waters to be delivered by someone we had to track down. Whitney was our server, she was extremely apologetic for our wait. She made sure our coffee was full while we waited for our food and kept checking in with the kitchen staff as she juggles multiple other tables. After waiting about 45 minutes for a chicken and waffle and boom boom toast. We all have cooked a meal or two and it doesn’t take that long for two meals. We also watched four tables come in after us, get there food before us, pay and leave before us… over server watched in from a break doing her best and had zero support staff until another gentleman watched in with all hands on deck. I was shocked to watch the manager and host not help the other server and not communicate to the guest.

On May 26th of this year I met two of my friends at the Happy Valley Biscuits for brunch. We ate outside on the patio, and it was wonderful. The food was all delicious (I had the lemon-blueberry French toast) and we had a pleasant time together. I want to give special shout-outs to the following staff:1: Whitney, our server, who despite being badly mistreated by an obnoxious customer, kept her cool with us, and did an excellent job of taking care of us. It upset us that she'd been treated so unfairly and I hope that customer never comes back again. Whitney was friendly and capable, and we were very pleased with her serving.2. McKenzie, our hostess. It was only her second day on the job, and she did a terrific job. She was friendly and helpful and we were really pleased with the way she helped us. She filled in with extra coffee while Whitney was busy and made sure we were taken care of.3. I don't know the young man's name, but he did an awesome job rescuing a spider that was trapped underneath one of the outdoor umbrellas. I really appreciated the fact that he didn't just kill it, but instead set it out in the garden area where it belonged.

Poor service, waited too long for food, had to ask for second cup of coffee, others came after us and were served before us. THE FOOD WAS BARELY WARM. Cook did not know how to serve corned beef hash, had to use a steak knife to cut. You'd think after we asked if the manager was in, they would want to know why, or at least told us they were busy and would be right over, but still had to wait. Finally ended up leaving. The waitress was pleasant enough, but not very attentive. Plenty of other places, no reason to go back.

I am a bit disappointed today l am a regular customer and l called to place a order to go and was turned away for service indicating they were too busy. I said l will come in then. I came in the gal said to order at counter which l spoke to the same person and he said no again. I asked to speak to owner she told him she was too busy to speak to me. I am a business owner l would never turn away service. I am a bit confused as to why this happened. I then called the other location in Johnson Creek they were happy to take my order.

My family and I LOVE our local Biscuits Cafe, not just because of the generous portions, delicious food, and reasonable prices, but because the staff is amazing. They make the experience enjoyable every time just by being friendly, welcoming, polite, and going above and beyond for the customer. Ben, in particular is always a joy, as are the ladies who have assisted us but I'm drawing a blank on their names. They are all wonderful! Another reason I love this restaurant is because there are so many gluten free options, such as the Belgian waffle shown in the photo. They have gf french toast, gf regular toast, and gf English muffins too, all of which taste wonderful.Update 12/18/2021: We still eat at this cafe regularly, at least twice a month. Love it every time. I don’t usually love breakfast tacos but was feeling adventurous. I’m so glad I tried them! Delicious! I had them with the chorizo. Highly recommend. The portion is huge though! Leftovers heated up nicely the next morning but could easily share this breakfast next time.

Great food. The servers were nice and everyone's food was awesome! I got pancakes, and it came with sausages and eggs. Definitely worth the extra price of adding berries and cream (I'm a little lad ;)! The environment was also great and we got seated right away. I'd recommend!

Love it here! Amazing food my favorite is the red potatoes cooked with sauteed onion and garlic and flavorful seasonings not so much salty though which is good. And then they have the best strawberry homemade jam that I love to dip my pancakes into! And the ranch dressing is the best I also love dipping my potatoes into! I have been to alot of different locations and the coffee blend is yummy and they have different flavored creamers you can put into it if your into that. Amazing food service!

How can I describe delicious food from an awesome place? Convenient location in Happy Valley with plenty of parking. Service is fast despite the busyness of the place.
