I’m from Hillsboro so I don’t often get out towards this part Portland but when I do I always tend to stop here for lunch or dinner.Food is pretty good. Large menu with tons of choices and you just go down the line and chose what you want on it. Somethings like guac are understandably extra but over all it’s pretty neat to be able to chose what you want on it.I usually get the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans but yesterday I decided to try the chicken taquitos with rice and beans and I think I found a new favorite. You get three of them but they are nice and large and deep fried to order. Add some verde enchilada sauce with lettuce, pico and sour cream and guac and you have a meal with tons of flavor.
I was a frequent visitor here circa 2014 or so. Moved from the area and do not regularly visit now. I was in the area for business and stopped for a late lunch. Shrimp tacos were always a favorite, so I ordered them again. Same great taste. Service though.. It was much slower than before. I was second in line, and I waited a long time. If there had been an alternate restaurant choice nearby that I liked, I would have left. But, still tasty, still feels clean, and it's close to I-205.
My friend and I love this place. We frequent here often. I like their pico salsa, hortchata, fish tacos beans and rice. It clean and roomy. Plenty of parking. Like the counter. They make the food quickly.
It was very good for a cafeteria style restaurant. Looking forward to going back to try their burrito bowl.
Pretty disappointed. Meat was precooked and dry. Staff were hard to hear. Outside temp was 32 and inside temp was maybe 55 (seemed like the AC was on.)This is my second visit, I do not think I will be giving it a 3rd chance.
Very upset went over for a lunch break they had a big order in front of me they took my order then they burn it was helping customers behind me while not grabing my order before it burnt bunch of kids working frustrating just walk out very upset with the way they handled it. I work for Home Depot they get allot of business from us will be passing my experience to other people at work to think differently about going over there.Didn't have time for them to fix my order was already waiting 15 minutes only have 1/2 lunch.
Food was good. We had the burrito bowl special. I would have liked some vegetables with it.
Very quick service. The food is good. I give it 5 stars for the fish tacos alone.
I am SO particular about my Mexican food (and food in general) to the point where I will religiously order from only the same place every time, after I've scoured through every possible place and found one that works well enough. I recently moved so had to find a new go to spot, and I think bajio is it for me! Got the shrimp tacos from uber eats and I love that they're pretty customizable (no place I've encountered so far allowed for that with shrimp tacos) but they don't need to be as they're delicious the way they are! Love the mango salsa and the sauce the shrimp are cooked in which tasted sweet, and loved trying each of the different salsas (and the guac) on them too! Made for great combo of sweet and savory and suuuper filling. Plus they're HUGE and filled with only the good stuff, no (in my opinion) wasted space with lettuce/cabbage etc. So happy to have found this place!
Very good food will eat again thanks
