I got their hamburger special which was supposed to been 1079 they charged 11/19 for it say they don't charge what's on the menu prices out on the reader board then the meat was burnt so black it was unable was not to have any lettuce on it and it had piles of lettuce the fries was a half a container of fries and the and the root beer was a half a cup of ice I will not be going back and I will call in their corporate office on this poor service

I waited outside in drive through for 45 minutes. A dam shame especially since gas is so expensive. The food was great and hot.but the owner is so cheap to hire anybody, only one person working. That's a dam shame. What happens if she doesn't come in one day. You will have to close your doors.and you need to you don't deserve help. I feel so sorry for the only worker u have. Give her a raise. If it wasn't for her your doors would be closed

This is singlehandedly the best dininh experience i I've ever have had. The drive thru personal were absolutely a joy they treated me with the utmost of respect. They gave me the best deal of my life the 2 for 6. Also they were quick I ordered a large sum of fries and with the speed of Hermes they got the food out to me. FRESH might I add definitely will be going there again.

Today my wife treated out family to Arby's, something we don't do often because we have a large family. While eating my wife's started choking and was able to spit out her food. To our surprise there was a piece of plastic approx. 2" by 3" in the meat on her sandwich. We will spare you the photo. So I decided to call Arby's and ask if we paid Xtra for this piece of plastic andto my surprise the lady on the phone decided to set the phone down and refuse to answer my question because I could hear other employees talking and talking orders in the background so I decided to hang up and call back and to my surprise the line was busy. Is it normal practice to set the phone down on the counter when somebody calls and has a complaint and proceed to leave the phone there so that person cannot call you back. I find this absolutely ridiculous. Anytime we take our family out to eat it is almost always 100,00. Kinda ridiculous to spend 100,00 on food To find a piece of plastic in it and then very frustrating to have them set the phone down. Not sure we will be back.

I have never had a bad experience here. Their BLTs are awesome, and my grandsons love their gyros. Once I got up to the window and realized I’d left my purse at home. The manager very kindly covered it. I wish people would stop criticizing businesses because they can’t get enough people to work. You don’t have any way of knowing how many hours the staff has been there when they’ve had to close for lack of workers.

The to answer to arbys reply.....You want people to call the store to make sure its open before they head out the door??? Is that so you dont have any responsibility in something as simple as store hours? How happy would your manager or employees working appreciate EVERYONE calling to make sure the store is open? Eventually no one would answer the phone if they cant post correct hours.Your pathetic apology & your pathetic suggestion to the problem of your store closing 1-2 hours early is expected of a store that cant even take responsibility for something as simple as posted store hours. Your suggestion only causes even MORE problems for the customer AND the employees working.NO, i will NOT call the store before i go to get food for my family. If this is how you fix problems at this location then i can only IMAGINE what other kind of simple problems there are here that could be fixed by a RESPONSIBLE person instead of some hack trying to pass the buck onto the customer. No i will just go to an establishment that actually posts the correct open hours of business..... WHICH IS LITTERLY EVERYONE ELSE!!!*************************************WHY IS THIS PLACE CLOSED AN HOUR BEFORE ITS SUPPOSED TO BE?!!? OR CLOSED TWO HOURS EARLY BY THE HOURS ON THE DOOR!!!??

So your door says that the DT is open until 12am maps says you are open until 11pm but we show up at 10:15pm and this place is deserted. They do not know how to keep their hours straight. I won't be back!!!!

Apparently the entire staff takes a 45 minute lunch all at the same time right at lunchtime when everyone else is trying to go to the drive-through. The entire restaurant is closed because the staff is eating inside? That’s absolutely ridiculous.

I am so absolutely disgusted with this place, it's this location in particular. It is 8:30 p.m. and they are closed, they keep shutting down early? I know they said they were out of roast beef, okay well so are some of the other stores? But they're open because they have other meats? I think this store is lazy, constantly shutting down super early. It's ridiculous. If you're going to do that, at least change your hours on here because it is extremely extremely frustrating to drive a really far distance because I read your hours not only on Google but also on your own company website and you're never open. I don't know if any fast food place that shuts down like this, it's ridiculous. Someone there needs to get it together or else find a new supervisor... By the looks of all of the reviews on here, and how generic and dry, obviously not personal responses, I would definitely say this needs a new manager at this location. This is utterly ridiculous.

Sweet lady when ordering, even though she was overwhelmed! The line was out into the Street!Food was good, my crinkle cut fries were wrong, but the curly fries I got were hot.
