Very rude staff who act like they’re doing you a favor by doing their job! Each time I’ve came here whether it’s for a customer’s Doordash order or my own personal order, they’re extremely slow in their drive through; the line is always a mile long and the lobby is typically closed. I ordered lunch here on Saturday and asked for it to be made fresh, my food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Will not be back to this location!
Talking about Wendy's on a hundred and first and make the best chili the best cookies the best burgers versus the one in Gresham you can tell that 181st actually care about the restaurant and the product that goes out and their customer service the one in Gresham not so much it's like a bunch of kids working there that don't care so make sure you go to the one on 181st
In all fairness I don't think I'd ever give a higher rating to any fast food place as they all pretty much suffer the same fate. Young kids working that have little to no personality and the managers typically aren't much better. Everyone trying to hide their misery. It's sad really. The food was good and the place was very clean.
2pm on a weekday and drive-thru line is long and not even moving. Food is good, but they need to work on fixing this drive-thru line problem. It's always like this here no matter when you go. You desperately need to work on your speed drive-thru crew!
Can get busy but usually get you through fairly quickly. Have had custom orders made wrong but not often. Would recommend this location & will continue coming here =)
Good food. I always get my receipt, because this Wendy's is very busy. I've been through more friendly drive thru. Yet the food is yummy and fast.
Extremely long line. Closed for entry, not walk- or bike-thru friendly. Food was ok - I've had better and I've had worse. Employees seemed nice. Wish it hadn't taken over 30 minutes for a Baconator meal, though.
Tip: Never try to go before closing.So nice and I know they are tired, 14 cars and they did it. I wanted xtra ketchup only got 1..All is good in the hood!
See the issue is.. The longer the line.. The less quality your food is going to be. Gaurentree. They got pre cooked burgers with pre melted cheese. And if you ask for a modification they gonna rinse that burger and not worry about proper sanitation. So when I'm waiting in a "fast service" line.. And I gotta wait 20 minutes... I should already know that food is going to be bad. Wait times at this place is stupid long. So expect terrible quality.
