My favorite place in the area. Fast and friendly service upstairs, the bar downstairs is super cool. Great food and drinks. Few TVs, Video lottery, free pool, water pong, ping pong, and a small video game arcade on one tv. The patio outside is great as well and has the perfect amount of shade under the cool umbrellas they have set up outside. They open at noon again on Friday - Sunday which is awesome! And I hear they are about to add a couple brunch items to their menu very soon! Excited to try
I would have given no star ⭐️ if I had the option. Just got a chicken chimichanga and it t would have been great, but there were onions!!! No one asked if I wanted onions or Pico de gallo! I’ve never in my 55+ years ever had onions on a chicken chimichanga! And have always been asked if I wanted pico on it. The person in charge refused to have a new one delivered to me. She actually didn’t own any responsibility of it, according to her it was All me. I/we pay for high priced dining etc., by choice but the service we get these days are like a customer doesn’t matter anymore!I once saw a sign in a restaurant, it was a small hole in the wall town in Arizona it said “ I would rather have one customer 100 times than a 100 customers once”.Thank you for your response. I rest my case.
I ordered the Uly’s Style Burrito with Pollo Mild Sauce and my significant other had a taco and side of black beans. The service was very good even though the waiters and waitresses were slammed and short staffed. They were all friendly and managed to make sure we were taken care of.Overall the food was very good. I’d like to return to try some of their other menu items in the future.
The basic house happy hour lime margherita was excellent, and a good value at $6.45. The three happy hour tacos I had, 2 carnitas, 1 al pastor were also excellent, at $2 each. The meat filling was generous, the other toppings that included a bit of mango were fresh and tasty - but the tacos desperately needed more traditional Mexican spices. Regrettably, there was only one condiment choice on the table - a single very hot sauce. I wanted more choices. We shared chips and salsa, and even though it is priced ala carte, the quality was excellent. Again the green and red salsas we're fresh and high quality - but far too bland. My wife's enchiladas were bountiful and flavorful, with decent spice, but the accompanying rice and beans were bland and not really warm. We wish that the restaurant would show spice level options on the menu, instruct wait staff to offer them, and put more bottled sauce choices on the tables.
Impeccable service, awesome food, and great drinks! You won't be disappointed
Drove from Beaverton to visit friends in Gresham and they took us to Uly's. Let me tell you how AMAZING this food is, but it is not just their food, it's their people. Best service I have ever had!
Great food. Good portions. The guacamole and salsa with fresh hot chips are a almost a meal in themselves. Excellent, quick and friendly service. Reasonable prices.
I got the Nacho Fault burrito via DoorDash. It was delicious and huge! Like three times the size of a normal burrito. Definitely going back here to try more food
One of my favorite Mexican places the service is awesome and the burritos are huge
It was my first time going here and it was amazing! The Carnitas tacos were very good and the margarita was even better! My server Oliver was great and told me about some other good places to check out in downtown. I will definitely be going back.
