If you want something fancy this is not the place for you, but if you want good authentic Mexican food this is a great place. Prices are reasonable and they have indoor seating. Only gave 4 stars because my husband didn’t get full with his carne asada serving. The proportions aren’t horrible, but it is less than what you receive in other places.
I ordered the supreme quesadilla with pastor. I assumed the lettuce and sour cream would be on the side but it was in it, and it was fantastic. The pastor was great. Also got an order of chips and salsa and ate every drop of the salsa. This is my new go to Mexican restaurant in Gresham.
If I don’t eat here at least every other week I feel like something is missing or wrong. Essentially this is the only place I will highly recommend to people visiting town.They’ve added dine in to their restaurant and they’re working on a margarita menu. Long live Taqueria Santa Cruz.

Went in for some street tacos. Place is legit. Food was good. They also had some tres leches that was also on point. Did not expect this place. I may or may not be going back tomorrow...heh..
I had ceviche and it was good BUT I liked their tacos better. I had a carne asada and a chicken taco and both were flavorful and juicy! It’s inexpensive and fast service. The parking spaces are so small and crowded so if you have a bigger car be careful.

Love the lengua tacos and wet burritos. They have a nice selection on the menu and anything I’ve ordered has been done right. Not overly seasoned, not over cooked. A lot of restaurants are watering down their sauces and cutting corners in quality and quantity of the food. Despite the challenges that have arose with Covid, Santa Cruz has stayed a very solid taqueria.
Love the tacos here. Their salsa is good and so is the meat. Fair price for the tacos and burritos. Would definitely come back again ??
